Holiday Home “La Maison de Pascale” with Private Pool, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Pascale’s house welcomes you in Orist. This 100 m² holiday home accommodates up to 6 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in the sleeping area, plus a bedroom with its own shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, self check-in, and a barbecue. All windows have electric shutters.



Cleaning is not included; you must leave the house clean (beds stripped, bins emptied). Bed linen and towels are provided. Smoking is not allowed inside the house.



Outside, relax in the private, flower-filled garden with no overlooking neighbors, and two terraces (one covered, one open). The private pool, available from April to October depending on the weather, features a retractable enclosure and a children’s paddling area.



Park in the 2 private spaces or on the street. One pet is welcome. Parties and events are not permitted. Charging electric vehicles is not possible on the property. The house is in a quiet residential area, on a lightly trafficked road limited to 30 km/h, without a gate.



Within 5 minutes: pharmacy, bakery, grocery store, restaurants, and bar. Saubusse thermal baths are 6 km (8 min) away, Dax is 15 min, and Landes beaches (Hossegor, Seignosse, Vieux-Boucau, Messanges, Moliets) are 30 min. Nearby: cycling on the Scandibérique from Saubusse, canoeing around Léon and Castets, Courant d’Huchet nature reserve. The Basque Country (Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Biarritz, Bayonne, Espelette) and Spain are easily accessible.
