Casa delle Rondini is an authentic refuge in the heart of Presicce, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, just 10 minutes from the crystal clear waters of the Maldives of Salento. This tastefully renovated residence combines the charm of Salento tradition with modern and cozy comfort, perfect for those seeking relaxation, space and beauty.



The space

Spanning 150 m², it can accommodate up to 6 people thanks to two bedrooms, a charming loft and an independent annex. Three bathrooms (one ensuite, one in the living area and one in the annex), a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry area complete the interior. High-speed WiFi suitable for video calls, air conditioning and a television ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.



Outside, an enchanting Mediterranean garden with a private swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a panoramic rooftop terrace invite you to moments of peace and conviviality under the Salento sky. Street parking and one shared on-site parking space are available.



Pets are welcome (one pet allowed). Please note that events are not permitted on the property.
