With all the amenities of home, this three bedroom, two bath home is designed for comfort, relaxation and fun.

This corner home sits on a large parcel nestled among giant pine trees providing much privacy. The home has a front deck with table and chairs as well as a large open yard with a rustic wooden swing and table, benches, and chairs suitable for outdoor entertaining. It accommodates parking for two cars in the winter and up to three vehicles (or two vehicles and one boat) during the dry months. NO parking is allowed in the yard, as it will be towed away.

The National Forest is 100 yards from the house; which is centrally located, yet quiet and within walking distance to the lake and public swimming beach and State Park, restaurants, shops, post office and grocery stores in a friendly and informal town. The cabin is only five blocks to the public boat launch.

All major ski areas are located within a 20 mile radius. The gambling casinos at Crystal Bay are only two miles away. The large casinos and Show Extravaganzas at the South Shore Lake Tahoe area are about 45 minutes away. The Reno, Nevada International Airport is a direct route to North Lake Tahoe about 40 miles away. There are numerous historical and interesting points of interest, all within a short driving distance.
