Beautiful luxury entertaining home!!

This beautiful spacious 2,500 sq. ft. house has 3 bedrooms two and a half baths. It’s located in the quiet contemporary and comfortable Continental Reserve community. This home features a split floor plan, 9 foot high ceilings with a formal dining room, living room, and a large kitchen opening to the family room. The kitchen has high-end stainless steel appliances, gas stove, extended counter tops, cherry-wood cabinetry, breakfast eating area and a charming backyard.

The master suite has a garden tub and separate shower. Sliding doors from master opens to a relaxing oasis waterfall. This backyard has mountain views, an extended patio, custom lighting, 3 ceiling fans, 2 outdoor heaters, outdoor full kitchen with sink, a large Twin Eagles BBQ grill with dual side burners, flagstone eating area with bar stools, and cozy seating next to a fireplace.

The two other bedrooms are on the opposite end of the house next to their own luxurious bathroom. This bathroom was recently remodeled with floor to ceiling Cambria Quartz in the shower. We installed highest end Delta fixtures that include a lighted pendent rain shower, hand wand, and pivoting shower head. All three can be used simultaneously.

The luxurious family room has leather reclining chairs, an enormous 4K 97 inch OLED television, state-of-the-art surround sound system, a 4k Apple TV box which gives easy access to a YouTube TV subscription, or you may log into your own Netflix account or music subscriptions. The home has a beautiful collection of vibrant gem and mineral pieces from around the world. Home includes 1 gigabit Wi-Fi high-speed broadband internet, and all 3 bedrooms have televisions. Formal dining and living areas are safari themed with comfortable contemporary furnishings.

For your convenience, this home has a large front-load washer/dryer, soft water, reverse osmosis for purified drinking water, and a two car garage.

Grocery shopping, library, medical care, movie theater, and fine restaurants are only minutes away. Community park with tennis, baseball field, and basketball courts. Golf and hiking nearby.

This vacation home is also perfect for executives, visiting professors and families on relocation or home remodeling.

Wonderful Winter getaway to AZ

This was the perfect property for getting away from the northern winter for a few weeks. The outdoor patio and furnishings are amazing to soak in some sun, grill or relax. The kitchen had all we needed and is very spacious. The beds were comfortable, and there is a great space for watching TV or movies. We took some walks around the neighborhood to enjoy the outdoor views. Adrianna was very responsive to our questions Highly recommend.

The Perfect Home

This was our 2d time using VRBO and we could not be more pleased. The location is in a quiet neighborhood with welcoming neighbors, close to the national park (think hiking), 2 great grocery stores, and pharmacies, restaurants, and pet store. The home’s 3 bedrooms were plenty to accommodate the few visitors we had and the master suite was large and the bed ultra comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. My two favorite rooms were the theatre room with its comfortable theatre seats and the mega tv. All bedrooms also had tvs. But my favorite place was the outside patio and kitchen which allowed my family to enjoy all the very pleasant afternoons. And here is the best part. When a couple of problems arose which are not worth mentioning I reached out to our wonderful host who invariably responded immediately or within the hour and helped to solve the issue. If I could give this place 10 stars I would but 5 is all VRBO allows. Thanks A for a wonderful experience.

Home away from home!

This is the second consecutive year we've spent in Marana at this location. I've never felt so at peace on vacation as I have here. It is a wonderful location outside the city of Tuscon but easy access to and around the city. For someone who enjoys home living vs hotel living this is the place. The home is exquisite and has all of the mod cons you could want. The back yard is nothing short of a high end resort look to it. If I were to choose a house to plop down somewhere, this would be my house. Adriana - If you ever think of selling keep us in mind...LOL!!

Beautiful home!

Awesome entertainment system and outdoor kitchen. Comfortable beds and nicely appointed. The kitchen had high end appliances, pots and pans, etc. The owner was very attentive to our questions. We enjoyed our day trips to Mount Lemon, the national park and Bisbee.

Great time in beautiful house!

We had a great time in this beautiful home. My wife really loved the kitchen. Numerous times commenting how she wished our kitchen looked like this one. My boys enjoyed the theater seats and big screen tv watching the Incas tournament. I couldn't get enough of the patio. Amazing. Sitting out there listening to the fountain and watching the fire in the fireplace was so relaxing. The owner was a pleasure to work with. If we're ever in Tucson again, I would love to stay here again. Only thing was it said it slept 8, but the coach didn't have hideabed nor was there a cot. So we bought an air mattress.

Beautiful home for us and ALL our company!

My husband and I come to Tucson for a few months each winter. So, for the past 8 years, we have rented houses in all parts of Tucson. We like it so much here, we even began 'house hunting' for a permanent retirement home away from the cold, snowy, icy, awful winter in Boston! And! This is by-far our BEST rental ever! We have lots and lots of company from the New England cold who come and stay with us while we're here, so we like a large home with 3 bedrooms and at least 2 full baths. This is the place! The house is so beautiful- and so comfortable! There is no one who wouldn't love it! The backyard is just amazing! So, pretty; plus the fact that it has an outdoor kitchen (perfect for entertaining with a lovely bar with stools, a giant grill, oven, refridgerator,) plus a fireplace, waterfall, and heat lamps! It's just wonderful! The house is wonderful. The backyard is wonderful. The area is wonderful. And (very important!)- the owner is wonderful! Adriana is only an email away, and so willing to help in any way that she can. You couldn't find a nicer place to stay! Believer me, I know!

Great location, great house and great owner

To start, correspondence with the owner was super easy and she was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We arrived on Christmas eve to an immaculate house in a cute neighborhood bordering an area of the Sonoran desert (I think :)). The house was very comfortable for my family of five (husband, two kids and my Mom). The family room was fab and just as pictured. They even have a ton of movies to choose from and cable. My kids loved that! The kitchen is great for entertaining / cooking. The patio / bbq area is really nice. They even have heaters and great lighting. The location was perfect for us as my in-laws lived within 10 minutes. Grocery store less than five minutes away and lots of restaurants close by. I would highly recommend.

Great patio!

We enjoyed staying in the continental reserve home very much. The patio was a great place to relax in the evening. The big screen TV was amazing. We also found a great local Mexican cafe close by and hiked every day at Saguaro National Park. It was hard to leave the Arizona warmth!

Awesome outdoor kitchen!

We had a great time in Tucson, and we picked a perfect time to come. We were there to take in 4 NFL playoff games and the NCAA national championship game. With the 65" plasma TV, great surround sound and 4 leather theater-style recliners, it was a football fan's dream. Since we all like to cook, the outdoor kitchen was the deal-clincher, and we took advantage of it. It also has a nice outdoor patio with propane heaters to take the evening chill off for outdoor meals and cocktails. We still had plenty of time to take in Old Tucson, Mt. Lemon, Tombstone and several other nearby interesting sites, as well as check out future retirement options.
