Stunning location, great property - wonderful communal space and pool, and Patrick a lovely, super helpful host. The picture perfect beaches are a stones throw away. We loved being able to cycle everywhere, including to great little friendly bars Note that you need to book linen - ask Patrick about it in advance.

Magnifique location de vacances ultra équipée et idéalement placée tant pour les golfeurs les randonneurs à vélo , les plagistes ou les promeneurs de chiens.Il y a tout: Du très grand terrain sécurisé pour les chiens , les voitures et les divers jeux parents enfants en passant par l’immense pièce de vie /salon avec piano et billard, les vastes chambres, le très bel espace détente transats et piscine sans omettre la terrasse repas barbecue!Et plus encore:L’accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant de Patrick l’hôte des lieux, très disponible et à l’écoute . Nous avons adoré l’île de Ré!

une bande d'amis depuis 40 ans qui habitent aux 5 coins de l'hexagone : la bretagne, les alpes, Paris, le pays basque, le lyonnais.... et ce séjour a permis de nous reunir !!! cetait extraordinaire, maison très bien placée, bien équipée, accès plage à pied, piscine, un proprietaire arrangeant et sympathique. merci

10j de farniente au calme avec nos chiens

Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement par Patrick. La maison est très agréable, spacieuse et la piscine était très appréciable avec le beau temps. Accompagnées de nos chiens, le jardin totalement clôturé permet de les laisser sortir en toute sécurité. A 5mn à pied de la plage ou même des bois, cette proximite permet des balades très agréables au long de la journée. Les commerces et le centre ville sont accessibles à 10mn à vélo par le biais de la piste cyclable disponible aux portes de la maison. Bref.. nous avons passés un très bon séjour et recommendons les yeux fermés. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Patrick pour votre accueil et votre disponibilité.

Grande maison au pied de la plage

Très grande maison avec tout le confort nécessaire, grand terrain et piscine très sécurisée, c'est réconfortant avec 2 enfants de 1 an et 3 ans. La plage est très proche à pied, c'est vraiment idéal et les pistes cyclables passent devant la maison. Bref c'était parfait !

Bon lieu de vacances

Pas de problème pour trouver la location. Très propre. Bien entretenue. Literie confortable. Bon équipement électroménager. Nous étions 8 adultes et 3 enfants et tous ont été satisfaits. Piscine doublement sécurisée (barrière et couverture motorisée) Le barbecue marche très bien. C'est agréable de jouer au billard le soir ! La plage est toute proche, très vaste et sure. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et nous ont rendu notre caution le jour même du départ. C'est un plaisir de faire les courses au village. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir louer des vélos. Location à recommander.

Séjour juin 2011

L'annonce et les photos sont conformes à la location. Les plus : Bel environnement, première plage accessible en moins de 5 minutes à pied (la petite rue est juste en face de la maison) et les autres plages sont également proches. De belles balades à faire sans prendre de voiture. Grand jardin entièrement clos de murs sécurisant pour les enfants et les animaux. Maison spacieuse, originale, bien agencée et très fonctionnelle. Propreté correcte. Tout l'équipement nécéssaire pour 10 personnes même s'il mériterait d'être mieux entretenu (problème de cafetière, de tiroir réfrégirateur, prise décelée dans une chambre, lampe de chevet qui ne fonctionne pas). La literie des chambres que nous avons utilisées est très bonne. Les moins : le robot de la piscine, long et constamment emmêlé, est particulièrement gênant pour se baigner et arrose régulièrement la terrasse, la piscine est bien clôturée mais la barrière ne ferme plus, une simple sangle fait office de fermeture... Avec une touche d'entretien supplémentaire ce serait parfait ! Véronique
