2bed 1bath unit with private balcony and hot tub, 5 min to Estes park

Kozy Kove is our largest unit on site, perfect for small families or close friends. Unit features a living area with a TV, Gas Stove (fireplace), a full kitchen with a large 6 top table, a queen bed by the living area, a bedroom with a full bed, that has access to a balcony with patio seating, one shower, exiting the living area is the access to a private balcony and hot tub. Enjoy some bubbles with family and friends by the river. You have full access to the river, however fishing license is needed. Free parking is available on the property. Unit is accessible. Wi-Fi is available however, in the canyon service is not the best.it may go in and out at times we have a studio behind this unit that has a full kitchen bathroom tv and Queen bed it can be added for an additional fee so we could accommodate 6-7 guest for this room message me for more details

That problem has been solved being on a well system for time to time the faucet tips and shower heads need to be unscrewed and the filter screens cleared of any debris if you would have messaged me we would have known sooner and could have solved this for you in 10 min

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The location right on the river was peaceful and relaxing, and we loved listening to the sound of the water. It was also just an easy 5-minute drive to Estes Park, making it convenient to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and attractions while still having a quiet place to come back to.The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep after our days exploring the area. The hot tub was fantastic and a perfect way to unwind in the evenings.One feature we especially appreciated was the accessibility ramp, which made it much easier for my brother, who uses a wheelchair, to enjoy the cabin with the rest of our family. It’s not always easy to find accommodations that are both comfortable and accessible, so we were very grateful for that.Overall, this cabin exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for providing such a welcoming, comfortable place for our family!

This place so so beautiful inside was so cozy with the fireplace. The hot tub was just so relaxing looking out at the mountains. The river runing behind was so special to watch the turkeys and ducks in the river.i will be going back there for sure.

We've been saving up all year for this two day trip.My friend has a brain injury and uses a walker and I'm disabled with COPD. We went into the cabin and that's when everything went down hill.the carpets had dog pee spots all over it. The coffee pot still had coffee and grounds in it. The water pressure was at a trickle and it said wheel chair accessible and my friend has to use a walker, which is smaller than a wheelchair it wouldn't fit into the bathroom and by law if it says wheelchair accessible that means everywhere in the cabin. Called the owner and said we would like a refund and we would leave they said absolutely not. They had someone come fix the water pressure but then they said they would have someone come in and clean the carpets I refused because of the chemicals would affect my COPD. We had to leave the cabin so they could clean the carpet which should hav been done in the first place my birthday trip was ruined. I did text the owner once we got back because the carpets did look clean and told them that they had done a good job on them. The owner offered me a free night stay but my husband had to work the next night and we politely declined. definitely would not recommend staying here.

Its a cool little cabin location was great hottub on the river is awesome only thing that wasn't great was the water pressure. If my lady or i had thick long hair you would have a big problem but we understand the deal and wasnt a huge problem for us

Cozy little cabin

We traveled for our honeymoon and I wanted a cozy cabin in the mountains with a hot tub. This property did not disappoint. It was quiet and clean. Serene views and sounds of the Big Thompson River which is steps away from your cabin. Easy to check in/out. Our stay was great!

Great Cabin!

My husband and I stayed in the Kozy Kove over Christmas and it was perfect. Our cabin was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to cook a Christmas dinner. The hot tub was an added bonus, very relaxing and quiet and it was a very short drive into Estes Park. We'll definitely keep it on our list for future visits.

Perfect romantic getaway

What a lovely stay. The hot tub was perfection. Even started to snow while I was sitting in it. Really nice place to get away from it all and just focus on relaxing. Host was super responsive and very helpful. I would love to come back again

Super cute (loved the subtle holiday theme!), easily accessible, and loved the hot tub! The water pressure always started off with a long trickle, (then normalized). I suspect this is the area and not the property?

Rustic cabin. Multiple issues (broken window in living room, dirty hot tub water, tripped breaker, toilet wouldn’t flush, no WiFi connection all week) but the owner was quick to respond to concerns and fix what he could which was greatly appreciated. Was surprisingly quiet at night with the use of the provided fans.

Never heard about a broken window hot tub was not dirty it was foam from the chemical and a few squirts of defoamer took care of the foam the breaker tripped because you had too many items plugged into the same circuit wifi is weak as stated in our listings so should not be surprised by that
