Great Studio for the Price

The apartment itself was great - clean and nicely supplied. You can get to most of the tourist sites within a 15 minutes metro ride. The neighborhood itself though isn’t anything spectacular. For the price we paid, it met our expectations.

Very quiet at night with direct view to Eiffel tower. Smoking smells can be an issue for some people. Bed not comfortable for long stays. It is still quite a convenient studio with all the necessaty items.

Appartement totalement conforme à l'annonce, propre et bien équipé, très fonctionnel, très bien situé, très calme, proche de toutes les commodités (transports en commun, supermarchés, alimentation, centre Beaugrenelle etc), à quelques pas de la Tour Eiffel. L'hôte est très réactif et très arrangeant, vraiment je recommande vivement Patrick et son appartement et je le remercie de nous avoir accueillis si gentiment.

Appartement spectaculaire

Au cours des 30 dernières années, c'était la 4ème fois à Paris et nous avons encore choisi un autre endroit pour séjourner. Merci au propriétaire pour le bon accueil réservé, qui s'est montré très disponible et chaleureux à notre arrivée, nous informant et précisant tous les éléments principaux de l'appartement. Appartement propre, bien situé dans un immeuble bien protégé, avec beaucoup de commerces de proximité, et le métro tout proche. Nous avons apprécié le bon nombre de choses pratiques dans la cuisine, minutieusement triées et organisées dans les armoires, il suffisait de réfléchir à ce dont on avait besoin, de regarder un peu… et voilà. Également très bonne organisation de tout l'appartement. Un délicieux petit plus : la vue que nous avons sur la Tour Eiffel, en plus d'être situé dans un quartier français authentique et sûr, avec une vie à la française, que nous apprécions beaucoup, même pour pouvoir pratiquer notre usage du français, ce que nous essayons toujours de faire. Nous avons également profité d'une visite que nous avions toujours voulu faire, mais qui vient seulement de se concrétiser : une visite payante de la zone de débarquement alliée en Normandie, que nous avons beaucoup appréciée et qui nous a même fait réfléchir sur le monde d'aujourd'hui. Très bel acceuil. Merci au propriétaire qui c'est montré très disponible et chaleureux à mon arrivée. Appartement propre, bien situé dans immeuble bien sécurisé. On a plein de commerces de proximité, les lignes de bus ne sont pas loin, le métro non plus. Le petit plus en sens aucun doute la vue que l'on a sur la tour eiffel ! Vue imprenable

Bonjour. Le studio est magnifique, très propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé, très agréable, conforme à la description.Tout est prévu pour s'y installer confortablement. Et cette vue!!! L'accueil du propriétaire a été très sympathique, accueillant et correct. Le quartier est calme et ses fonctionnalités superbes (boulangeries, supermarchés,restaurants, épiceries, presses..). Enfin, une très bonne adresse à conseiller, nous avons été très contentes de notre choix, aucune mauvaise surprise. Nous étions tristes de repartir mais nous reviendrons lors de nos prochains séjours à Paris. Un grand merci au propriétaire Patrick.
