About this property

Sanary-sur-Mer, house on family property, within olive trees, near sea

Within the area of the town of Sanary-sur-Mer, holiday house (new) in the countryside of the hills of Sanary within a family property of the size of 10 Acres.
Gorgeous view at the Mediterranean Sea and the hills, all comfort, very peaceful area in the midst of olive trees. Access by fastened country track suitable for motor vehicles.
In 2010 the four star award granted by the prefecture has been renewed.
The holiday house was build in 2005 on the family property which is been bought in 1930 and 10 Acres have been inherited by the owners.
The house is completely isolated has no direct neighbour and the surroundings have been kept very natural.
We live in another house at the same hill a few terrace fields above.
We enjoy welcoming vacationers and share with them the unbelievable beauty, silence and authenticity of the region.
The holiday house has been built in upscale construction with all comfort and it is very pleasant to live here. The adjustment of the house is to the south and every room has a gorgeous view.

On the terrace, 3 mulberry plane trees spend a very fresh shadow and the house itself is very well isolated.

In former times on the property wine and flowers were produced and today the owners produce olive oil.

In spring, February-March, the mimosas and the almond trees give magnificent landscape portraits with the narcissus and anemones that blossom on the hills.

Surroundings, beach access and Sanary centre: The house has a view to the Mediterranean Sea, the Sanary town, the Sicié Cape, and the Six Fours Fort from the hill of our property (pine trees, olive trees and almond trees etc.)

There is no direct neighbour and a lot of space.

Great tranquillity without being isolated. We are separated from the motorway by a hill, therefore there is no visual or sound pollution.

The beaches and the Sanary centre are 3 km away.

You access the beaches without passing through the centre and avoid traffic.

There is a supermarket 1.5 km away from the house; the access is also possible without passing through the town centre.

Rate: We ask the vacationers for the house cleaning at departure 100 Euros.

Wonderful holiday home with a great view!

This house is really perfect with a great view over the sea! It is well furnished and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and the hosts are very nice. Madame Vuillemin even gave us self-made marmelade. We would love to come back!

Wir konnten es nicht fassen, der Meerblick war wie auf dem Foto zu sehen, nicht nur von der Terrasse sondern auch vom Esstisch aus. Es ist ein großzügiges schönes Haus mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draussen mitten im Grünen und doch mit kurzen (Auto-)wegen zum Bäcker und zum Markt. Die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten sich bequem selbst zu versorgen. Ein Geheimtipp!Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber.

Wir hatten als Familie mit drei erwachsenen Kindern einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Pierre und Marie Claire. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer und ich fand die Unterkunft sogar noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist. Es war alles wunderbar sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und Marie Claire und Pierre standen immer zur Verfügung und wollten, dass es uns gut geht. In der Umgebung kann man sehr viel schöne Unternehmungen machen.

Tolle Lage mit Weitblick

Das komplett frei stehende, große Ferienhaus ist bestens und voll ausgestattet mitten in der Natur. Die großzügige Gartenterrasse mit vielen bequemen, unterschiedlichen Liege - und Sitzmöglichkeiten bietet einen fantastischen Weitblick bis zum Meer. Wir haben zwei Wochen im Juni dort verbracht und fühlten uns von Pierre und Marie Claire herzlich willkommen und gut beraten. Sie wohnen in einem ebenfalls freistehenden Haus in der Nachbarschaft. Bei Fragen waren sie immer über z.b WhatsApp oder physisch erreichbar.In der Nähe sind interessante Wanderwege zu finden, man hat mehrere Strände zur Auswahl, die jeweils in 10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar sind.Freunde haben uns besucht und wollen das großzügige Feriendomizil demnächst auch für sich buchen!

Une merveilleuse maison au paradis

Mein Kollege und ich verbrachten wunderbare 14 Tage in einem sehr grossen und grosszügigen Haus. Wir genossen die Ruhe inmitten von vielen Bäumen (zB. Olivenbäume). Das Haus ist wunderbar eingerichtet. Das Besitzer-Ehepaar ist sehr grosszügig und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Mon collègue et moi avons passé 14 jours merveilleux dans une maison très grande et spacieuse. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité entourés de nombreux arbres (oliviers par exemple). La maison est merveilleusement meublée. Le couple propriétaire est très généreux et disponible à toute heure. Nous nous sommes sentis très bien accueillis.

Magnifique séjour sur les hauteurs de Sanary

Très chouette séjour à Sanary sur Mer, qui vaut largement le détour (le port et sa flotte de pointus marseillais !) La maison est magnifique, sur une colline au milieu des oliviers avec une très jolie vue sur la baie de Sanary et l’île des Embiez. Maison très agréable, grands espaces intérieurs bien agencés (bonne séparation des parties jour et nuit) et qui reste fraîche toute la journée. Propriétaires charmants, disponibles et discrets. Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön und fantastisch gelegen, mit einer einmalige Aussicht aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und an der Sauberkeit war nichts auszusetzen. Madame et Monsieur Vuillemin sind sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Menschen. Als Begrüßung haben wir von Madame Vuillemin 2 selbstgemachte sehr leckere Marmeladengläser erhalten! Vielen dank dafür! Location très bien en tous points

Nous avons passés 15 jours dans cette jolie maison, un havre de paix et de tranquilité à quelques minutes du centre de Sanary, de son port et des plages. La vue sur la nature, la végétation méditérranéenne en premier plan avec la mer en toile de fond nous a ravie. La maison, très bien équipée, à la propreté irréprochable, nous a permis de passer un séjour sans soucis. J'ajouterai que nos hôtes nous ont accueillis chaleureusement , et gâtés en nous faisons découvrir des confitures aux saveurs gourmandes et peu communes.

wunderschön mit atemberaubendem Meerblick

wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr freundlich empfangen. Der Kontakt war sehr angenehm, man konnte sich auf Englisch sehr gut verständigen. Alles war unkompliziert. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr grosszügig und bieten einen phantastischen Blick auf das Meer und die Lage ist absolut ruhig. Selten erlebt, dass die Totos auch den erfahrenen Eindruck widerspiegelten. Im Haus ist alles gut ausgestattet, alles ist vorhanden und alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. The owners which are retired had been working before in the industry sector. They live since 1994 on the hill. The holiday house was build in 2005 and is located 150 metres beneath the house where we are living.
