Conveniently located between Amagansett and East Hampton, this cleansed serene two story home is situated on a beautifully lush landscaped acre, just 1.2 miles to the beach. It offers the ultimate in privacy as well as convenient access to all major East Hampton and Amagansett beaches. It's also near terrific restaurants Coche, Nick & Toni's, East Hampton Grill and walking distance to Bostwicks, Moby's, Carissa's Bakery, Smokin' Wolf. This lovely home features a double height ceiling in the living room with custom French doors which open onto the pool deck and offers the ideal area to entertain and relax. A smart 55" Sony flat screen TV with cable, high speed Wifi and Apple TV are available for those times you need to keep in touch with the outer world or watch your favorite movies. There is new two zone Central Heat and Air Conditioning, 4 beautifully furnished bedrooms - two of which are Primary Suites (one offering a King Bed, the other bedroom has a Queen) each with ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, the other a Full bed with a shower bath in between. There are 3.5 renovated bathrooms (some Waterworks features), a cozy library and 3 fireplaces. The spacious eat-in kitchen is a cook's dream and has stainless steel appliances including a Wolf Stove. The gated back yard features a Heated, Saltwater Gunite Pool (Aquabrite Finish) with automatic cover. The pool is trimmed in blue stone and offers an ipe wood deck. There is outdoor dining for (6), lounge chairs (6) and umbrellas. There is a stainless steel Weber Outdoor Grill with Saute, outdoor shower and Full Basement with 2 full size Washer's and Dryers. Beach chairs/umbrellas, 2 bikes, picnic gear are provided.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If used, make sure pool heater is OFF.
Make sure gas for gas grill is turned off at the wall. Gas dial should be horizontal/off toward the wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenant agrees with lease, and will read and adhere to House Rules and Departure Procedures - see properly using and locking doors.
No over packing washers, always clean dryer lint tray. No wax candles or glassware by pool. No running around or diving into pool.
Doors and windows must be shut while using the air conditioning. Dishes must be rinsed of food particles prior to placing in dishwasher.

This home is the perfect escape from the city!

My wife and I stayed here with our 7 week old son and it was perfect. The back yard and pool area is lovely, peaceful & private. The rooms, beds and bathrooms are really nice. We cooked every night in the kitchen and grilled outside. We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great Weekend Retreat

House was great. Extremely well kept with an amazing backyard pool. Very convenient location close to both E Hampton and Amagansett. Home owner was very accommodating, and provided great local recommendations and was attentive to any questions during our stay. On nights when we decided to stay in, the home had everything needed to host a great dinner (bbq, cookware, etc). Great experience and will certainly be a return visitor.

Great week at a wonderful house

Staying at this house is like staying at a five star hotel. The owner Michele worked for many years for the Four Seasons hotel Corp and it shows in the comfort and the luxury inside and out. Her forty foot long salt water lap pool was my husbands dream come true because he likes to swim a mile a day just like he does at our apartment building at home. Also Michele is a smiley friendly person who was available for any questions we may have had about her house.

Stayed here just over 4 weeks in August 2022. We have been renting in the Hamptons for years and this place is absolutely at the top of the list. Property looks better than the pictures. Absolutely spotless. Incredibly private / peaceful. Fantastic salt water pool that heats quickly and has an optional one button auto-cover at night. Large front of property provides seclusion and quiet from the street (which is not a busy street in any case). Literally several minutes away by car from both East Hampton and Amagansett so incredibly convenient for quick trips in to either town. The host was lovely - met us upon arrival and periodically checked in just to make sure we had absolutely anything we needed. I couldn't recommend this property highly enough to both adults and families (we have 8 year old twins). We will absolutely return again!

Special property . . . special homeowner.

Every interaction we had with Michele, who owns this special property, was as easy as can be. It is clear that Michele is the consummate "hostess" who puts a lot of love and time towards making her guests comfortable. The house is spotless- even in the basement. While the home is not a typical "beach" house, it is light and charming and has tons of character. The kitchen has everything one could need and it is lovely. The beds, and all furniture, are comfortable and the towels and linens are of high quality. The pool is beautiful as is the surrounding patio, deck, and backyard. We loved the location as it was very private and quiet yet very close to town. The only people who I would not recommend this home to are those who have trouble with stairs, unless they were to use only the main floor. Note: the main floor does have a beautiful bedroom with an attached full bath with shower, a large family room with flatscreen t.v., kitchen, office, powder room and access to the backyard.

Very clean and nicely decorated. The owner was friendly and responsive. We loved using the bikes to ride down to the beach. It was convenient having some restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely consider renting this home again.

Ideal House, Location and Host!

We had a wonderful five week stay in Michele's home. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything one needs. The backyard and pool were private with great sunlight. Location was everything!!...close to village shops, beaches, Montauk, etc. Michele was there to greet us upon arrival, did a helpful walk-through and was easily available through our stay. Looking forward to renting again.

Best stay ever!

We have been renting summer homes in the Hamptons for five years and I can honestly say that this was by far our best experience. The house exceeded our expectations in terms of location, comfort, and esthetics, and Michele is a delightful hostess who has provided for her guests' every need. The only negative about our family vacation at her house was having to leave at the end of it. Will definitely book again next year.

Private, convenient location, perfect home.

This home is incredible. Lovingly kept, private, quiet, and comfortable. The owner is attentive, hired a cleaning service once a week which was included in the price, and the pool is new and perfect. We also appreciated the incredible outdoor shower and the BBQ with gas line. I have rented many homes in my life and this was the best one. I am also allergic to pets and this home had no pet history which I loved. I had no problems at all with allergies.

Seclusion at its best

Stayed at this home for a weekend in fall, will likely stay again this fall. I think the phrase "tucked away" is very appropriate...it is on the highway, but you would never know unless you looked for it. I appreciate that type of "accessible seclusion". Whoever decorated this house knew what they were doing...you can see it in the little details around the house...for example...the art on the cover of the coffee table book matches the chandelier that hangs above it. Little things like that made the stay memorable.

Gorgeous retreat in the Hamptons!

My husband and I had the most magical weekend at this unique home. The owner has great taste and we really loved the chic decor. The bathrooms are brand new and quite large which is always a plus. We had all of the cookware and plateware we could need, and we loved having evening drinks on the deck. The beach is conveniently only a mile away but really we ended up staying at the house most of the time because of how private it is. The grocery store is not far and we had a great lobster dinner at Bostwicks's which is just down the street. Would come back in a heartbeat!
