Relax and entertain in style in this immaculate home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 4 HDTVs with multiple streaming services, free WiFi, air conditioning, gas log fireplace, washer/dryer, and much more.

Enjoy dining or grilling on the large second story deck with seasonal mountain views overlooking a large fenced backyard, stone patio with fire pit and a swing set for the kids.

Minutes to Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, Diana's Baths & Saco River; 5 minutes to downtown N. Conway, only 10-15 minutes to Story Land and outlet shopping at Settler’s Green Outlet Village; easy access to multiple ski resorts, including Cranmore, Attitash and Wildcat.

Household Amenities:
Sun-filled, chalet-style floor plan with cathedral ceilings and loft play area. 1st floor rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 2nd floor rooms: living room with gas log fireplace, kitchen, dining (seats 8), half bath, bonus loft play area (accessed by stair ladder in living room), and slider door access to the deck. Basement rooms: open plan with bedroom and game area, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer closet.

Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, Keurig K45 (version 1.0), toaster, blender, dishware, cookware, etc.

Bedrooms (comfortably sleeps 10): 3 bedrooms on 1st floor—(1) king bed in master bedroom, (2) queen bedroom, and (3) bedroom with 2 twins. 1 full bathroom with bathtub/shower on 1st floor. Entry to basement is through the bedroom with 2 twins. Basement is an open floor plan with 2 queen beds and bathroom with shower (no tub).

Air conditioning with mini-splits on all three levels. On 1st level the mini split is located in the master bedroom. NOTE: Basement is well dehumidified.

WiFi and 4 HDTVs with complementary streaming (Netflix, YouTubeTV, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Disney+).

Washer and dryer, iron and ironing board available in basement

We love the North Conway area. This house was approximately 15 minutes from all the places we go! Great location for us! We had breakfast on the deck every morning. Great kitchen. Nice big table in the dining room for games. We used the fire pit 1 night which was nice. Trash removal on-site instead of having to bring our trash elsewhere. Ben responded quickly when I had a question! We had a very nice week.

We loved this house and location! It was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 3 young kids (ages 4, 18 mos, 14 mos) and fit us all comfortably. The play loft was a huge hit with the kids. The house is in a quiet, private location and neighborhood but very close to downtown North Conway. We would definitely stay again! Our family had a wonderful stay in North Conway, New Hampshire. The property was exactly as described, our questions were always answered quickly, and everyone had more than enough space. Plenty of room for our family of 9, 6 adults and 3 children under the age of 6. Close to attractions! Play loft was fun for 2 older children but difficult to navigate for the 2 year old. Big backyard with swingset was perfect for everyone.

We had a great time at Ben's house again. The place was very clean when we arrived. The house and location is great. The yard and deck is awesome. It is rare to find a yard that large in other rentals in the area. We spent a lot of time hanging out in the yard; fire pit, kids swing set, etc.

We enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was with the grill as there are 2 grease trays and only 1 was being cleaned. This was a minor inconvenience that we were able to resolve.

Wonderful Rental:

This is a wonderful house, absolutely perfect for all of our vacation needs. House was clean, AC worked great and the layout is perfect for families. We enjoyed cooking out on the deck and hanging out in the backyard. The kitchen had everything you would need and all the appliances were excellent. The location is close to everything that we enjoy doing in the Mt. Washington Valley. Ben was easy to get a hold of with any questions and was extremely helpful. We hope to return to this house in the future for sure!
