Matthews Lake is located in Washburn County. It is a 267 acre lake with a maximum depth of 26 feet. There is a public boat landing. Largemouth Bass & Panfish are abundant. Approximately 110 feet of sandy shoreline. Lake Home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Sleeps 8 to 10 on 3 levels. Matthews Lake is located in a quiet area about 1/2 way between Danbury and Hayward. Knotty pine ceilings and walls throughout. Main floor layout includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/living area, Foosball table, flat screen TV, and wood burning fireplace. Finished walk-out basement with lots of light and windows - layout includes bedroom, an additional queen-sized bed, futon, laundry room, bathroom, and an Olympic quality ping pong table. There is a great fire pit and volleyball court outside. No-wake rule enforced before 10 am and after 5 pm, which means it's pretty quiet on the lake during those times. Check-in is 4 pm and check-out is 10 am. No smoking allowed!!

Guests must take trash with them. Trash can be taken to Minong area disposal. Matthew's Lake - no wake between 5 pm and 10 am.
Guests should take all food items with them upon checkout. Please report any repairs or maintenance issues.
Checkout info: please empty the fridge/freezer, toss the towels in the laundry room, and load the dishwasher.
