Clean condo. Updated. Nice appliances. Felt spacious. Host quick to respond to any questions. Gorgeous views of pool and lazy river on one side and beach from bedroom. Perfect space for our family of 4 adults and 2 kids. The girls loved the bunk beds. I will definitely stay here again.

Our family with 3 kids loved our time here. The balcony was great to wake up to each morning and see the palm trees, resort, and the bay. The place was clean, had everything we needed and the location is wonderful. We loved being close to the bay and that you could walk over the skyway bridge to the gulf with access to parking garages on both sides. Highly recommend.

Great location

Great location! Location was 10 minute walk to beach and pool, hot tub, and lazy River was just steps from condo! I would definitely recommended this location for a young family!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo. The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living space was cozy and inviting.The location is fantastic. Close to pools, lazy river and beach! Overall, I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was Amazing!

We love coming to Destin West each year for our family vacation. Many family memories have been made there. The condo was beautiful and very well stocked. Owners are Awesome to work with. We definitely will be back.

perfect vacation

We loved the condo itself and the amenities. Perfect get away for a family with young children. I loved that resort was on both sides, ocean and bay, and had a sky bridge to safely cross the (extremely busy) highway. Unit was well equipped and tastefully decorated, owners were great.

Beautiful, pristine unit perfect for a family of four!

Super spacious and beautifully decorated unit worked perfectly for us and our 2 teen/preteen sons. King master BR had a super comfy bed. Lovely view of the bay. The property is well-kept and the lazy river is great. Walk over a building and up a few floors to cross over to the beach. We moved this unit, and it had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay! We are a family of 5 people and there was more than enough room. This condo offered great furniture and nice bedding for a rental. Everything was clean and worked as it should. The lazy river was awesome for the relaxing! It’s 3 ft all the way around. The sky walk was wonderful to use to get to the private beach area. You can rent the cute blue umbrellas and chairs for easy convenience. We give it 5-stars all the way around!!

Just completed our 10tn great week at what is truly Our Home Away from Home

Thanks to Peg and Glenn for sharing this awesome condo. We already have our 11th week booked for Nov and a 12th week booked for May 2018. I have to thank them also for the wonderful weather they provided​. Take it from a long time visitor to 501, stay and you'll want to come back!

Fun for toddler!

My husband, 2.5 year old son and I stayed in the condo and both sets of our parents stayed in the RV park. We had a great time. Pretty easy access to the beach and lots of pools to choose from. The condo was clean and very comfortable. We did a Walmart grocery pick up, which is incredibly convenient. Make sure to read the list of what to bring. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication.

WONDERFUL CONDO!

We've rented a fair amount of condos, and this one was the BEST EVER! Neat, clean, well furnished and everything thing we needed. The overall location is so well maintained! During our stay the cable TV was updated. It was nice to have a 'guide' on the remotes. Honestly, have no negative things to say! It's on our "visit again" list. Thanks again for making our time in at Destin West a wonderful memory!

Visiting Niece

We stayed for three days while visiting our niece who is stationed at Hurlburt Air Field. We had a great time relaxing on the patio and hanging by the pools/lazy river. The place was spotless, very clean and nicely decorated. Check-in was a breeze. We wore our pool bands when down at the pool, but no one ever asked to see them. Beds were comfortable and we watched the sun rise from the balcony in the master bedroom and set from the patio off the living room. Very relaxing. Just a helpful hint, they do not provide toilet paper or salt/pepper (which are some of the things you normally don't think you need to bring) so be sure to bring your own.

Destin West #501 Great condo in a well maintained complex with great water features

Glenn and Peggy provided excellent instructions so there was no need to contact them during our stay. We knew exactly what we needed to bring. The condo was immaculate, the master bed so comfortable, and the furniture is great quality. It felt like home. Many other rental properties I've stayed are uncomfortable with a mish mash of cheap furniture. That is not the case here. The furniture is thought out down to table lamps and mirror where you need it. This was a part work & part vacation trip for me and the internet was also high speed. If in the area again, I would most definitely choose a Glenn & Peggy property.
