Great place! Superb communication all the way through via email but a call number was provided (didn’t need it) Excellent location. Maybe a bit better outdoor signage? Check Google street view for the archway for the door. Had no issues otherwise.

For future guests, our detailed check in email includes the following details which it seems this guest missed reading leading up to their arrival: Finding us: the double door entrance to the Ambrose building is between Chile Burrito and Subway restaurants, under the silver ‘Ambrose’ sign.

The emails we received prior and during our stay were very precise with check-in directions along with details about our stay. It was easy to access the building and loft. The loft itself was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! We also loved that we were only 2 blocks from Broadway! The location is in the heart of everything! Overall we had a fabulous experience at Music City Lofts!
