Beautiful vacation rental. This recently renovated 2nd level condo is on the riverside of the very private area at the tip of the Little Hickory Island (Bonita Beach). It is across a quiet street from the private access to the white sandy beach with spectacular shelling. Views of the Lovers Key park from lanai and wide open terrace right by the front door with views of the Gulf. Unit has all the utilities included (with washer/dryer in unit!) with 65" cable TV, high speed fiber internet + WiFi. Comfortable bedding throughout, sleeps up to 6 people (1 king, 2 twins and queen pullout sofa). Other amenities: large pool, kayak, paddle board storage area, floating dock for launching your watercraft + community dock for large boats. Large community room for hosting big events.
