Single storey villa in allotment residential-protectet pine forest at the back of the house - garden and fenced 800 M2 - front of the house, the street is only used by local residents -.marché Monday and Saturday. 25 min from the sea - 3 golf courses 18 and 36 holes in a radius of 8-20 Kms - many walking pedestrian excursions - not shared pool private use - covered and shaded terrace - bathroom toilet in the garden , near the pool - summer kitchen with grills and strains available. Dogs, big or small are accepted. For the maintenance of the pool, you get an automatic robot: it cleans the fund as well as the walls.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in diesem Ferienhaus.Wir hatten schöne 12 Tage. Besonders gut hat uns der Pool gefallen, ca. 7x4 Meter groß. Er hatte angenehme 29 Grad. Der Supermarkt befindet sich im Ort. Ca.4 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Logement très agréable

Marie est un hôte très sympathique qui nous a très bien accueillie. La maison est agréable, entretenue et bien équipée. L’extérieur est parfait pour profiter du temps. Il est nécessaire de faire un peu de route pour aller en bord de mer ou en visite (barcelone-Girone…) mais ça vaut le détour. Je recommande !

A peaceful house near Santa Coloma de Farner

Lovely quiet situation great for dog walks, and visiting Santa Coloma. Host very welcoming of us and dog. Only slight criticism is we are used to a longer wider bed. But had enjoyable stay.

Lovely

Lovely little villa located in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Perfect property for our group (4 adults). Each had our own bathroom and space to relax. Pool is a lot bigger than imagnied from photos and was a great way to relax after a day of exploring the area. Shops ate a 10 minute drive but plenty to choose from. Host was fab - we got delayed landing in Barcelona/collecting the car so were very late to what we'd originally planned.

een goed geslaagde familieweek

Wij werden ontzettend aardig ontvangen door Marie en haar echtgenoot. Alles, echt alles wat we die week nodig hadden was meer dan aanwezig. Overdag leefden we buiten of we maakten excursies en wandelingen en 's avonds zaten we behaaglijk in de woonkamer bij een lekker knipperend houtvuur. We vonden het jammer dat we uit de woning moesten vertrekken zonder de dwergooruil in de grote dennenboom gezien te hebben, maar 'nachts worden we hem wel. Een klein minpuntje vonden wij de bedden, die voor ons aan de korte kant waren. Maar tenslotte in welgemeend bedankje voor het gebruik van dit huis, Jan, Femke, Robert, Jorrit en Elske uit Nederland

Schöner Urlaub im Oktober

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse in einem rein von Einheimischen bewohnten Viertel etwas bergig oberhalb von Santa Coloma gelegen direkt am Wald. Wir wurden von der sehr netten Besitzerin persönlich empfangen und es wurde uns alles am Haus gezeigt. Das sicher eingezäunte Haus ist perfekt für Kinder zum spielen und mit Hunden geeignet, jedoch sind in der Nachbarschaft auch viele Hunde auf den Grundstücken, so das es hier und da mit dem Hundegebell mal lauter werden kann. Vom Haus aus kann man prima Wandern gehen oder mit dem MTB Touren zum Castell Farnes mit Downhill Strecken unternehmen. Sehr gutes W-LAN im Haus Pool war leider sehr kalt, da ohne Heizung (Nachsaison), aber Poolroboter vorhanden. Ausstattung alles was man zum Leben braucht inkl. Paella Pfanne mit Gaskocher. Entfernungen mit dem Pkw: Einkaufen Lidl, Mercadona, Tankstelle etc. 5 min. Lloret de Mar 30 min. Girona 25 min. Barcelona 60 min.

Tolle und sehr netter Vermieter Ehepaar

Ein super schöner Ort, nah an Girona und Barcelona gelegen. Das Haus was schön und hatte alles was man braucht, der Pool war schön, außer dass das Wasser richtig kalt war ;) Ein original spanisches Dorf.....schöne Zeit gehabt.
