This house was perfect for our stay! It was clean, very family friendly and was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of great open space to gather and the kitchen was great for the meals that we prepared. The hosts were very helpful and easy to contact and were responsive to any questions that we had! Beautiful location with great views and proximity to some great trails to hike and access to the Lake! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely look to stay there again in the future!

This house was great, we had 21 people in our and we never felt cramped. It was very well taken care of and the owners were great to work with us on the large group. All in all I would rent and recommend this place again!

Host was great. Property was perfect for our family and great game room. Good location to Lake Powell and either marina. A lot of the door locks and doors need sone attention. Didn’t lock and hard to open. Basement occupants complained of a lot bugs, especially cockroaches. With that being said, I would rent here again.

So glad you liked the home! We will address the doors as that is not something that has been mentioned to us before. As far as bugs, we do have a company spray the house and yard monthly, but since we live right on the edge of the desert it's always a challenge to completely keep bugs away. But we keep trying! Small price to pay for having those unobstructed views and no homes behind us.

Beautiful home with lots of space. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were very comfortable with lots of towels, extra blankets and pillows. Many seating areas for a large crowd inside and out. Game room was a pleasant bonus for a fun evening. The view is absolutely stunning and enjoyed most from the master bedroom. Would highly recommend this house.

The home was perfect for our large group to visit Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. It was well stocked with anything and everything you would need in the kitchen. My only suggestion would be for better ping pong paddles (and there were only 3) and better pickleball paddles (again there were only 3). The view from the house and the deck is incredible and also beautiful to view the night sky. We enjoyed our visit and the host was very responsive with my questions. We have stayed here twice now and I’d recommend to others!

This home is fantastic, so much room for activities, and great for get together and for kids. The backyard and views are nothing short of spectacular and the pictures don't do it justice. Horseshoe bend is just a very short drive away and was amazing. The house is in immaculate condition, well furnished with seating for all in the common areas and the multiple levels and rooms give ample space for privacy or to get away. Loved it.

Beautiful, spacious home! Plenty of places to gather as a large family, but also the perfect amount of private rooms when you need some quiet time. We loved our stay and didn’t want to leave!

Large home. Perfect for several couples attending a local wedding. It has beautiful views and access to a hiking trail. We sat out back one night watching a thunderstorm move through! Super close to both Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend. The hosts were available and came to the house within minutes when we needed help with something. Great communication. Would definitely recommend for large family/group stays.
