Stunning, completely air-conditioned, apartment on the fifth and sixth floors of an elevator building in the heart of historic Rome, adjacent to the Pantheon. Two large terraces afford outdoor leisure and dining with spectacular views of Rome's signal monuments including the Pantheon, St. Peter's, Villa Borghese, etc.

Completely renovated duplex of circa 130 square meters plus 60 square meters of outdoor space furnished in the best of Italian modern furniture. Living/dining room with a marble fireplace, and kitchen and powder room on the upper floor. Spiral staircase to lower floor. Master bedroom with queen-size bed, private bath, large balcony; second bedroom, with two single beds which can be joined, private bath. Large vestibule, suitable for an office, opens onto balcony.

Coffered ceilings on the lower floor preserve the beauty of the sixteenth century original building. Full marble bathrooms, glass shower stalls in two downstairs bathrooms; Boffi Kitchen with granite countertops,dishwasher,washing machine.

Check-in at 2 p.m.; check out at 10 a.m. to allow for cleaning, but in every case we try to accommodate your personal travel schedule. Telephone and utilities are metered and any charges will be deducted from security deposit.

Great Location!

Our stay was awesome. The apartment is very central and convenient for walking. The beds were comfortable and the views upstairs were great. The (small) elevator might hold two slim adults, but the weight limit didn't accommodate any two from our group. At the end of a day of 20,000 steps, five flights was too much. We took turns with the elevator!

Great Accomodation / bit of effort

The four of us loved our stay at this property. It was such a great home base for exploring the city. The accomodation was clean and the views unbeatable. We wish arrival and departure would have been as expected, so this added to some stress on arrival and departure. Without these arrival/departure issues we would have given 5 stars all of us.

Amazing Location

This apartment was wonderfully located close to the Pantheon, with a supermarket on the doorstep. Communication and check in was smooth, as was the pick up from the airport arranged by the owner. The views from the two terraces were spectacular. It was quiet and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Incredible experience

We had a fabulous time from the moment we arrived. Features we enjoyed - incredible grocery store just outside front entrance, access to all major sites in walking distance, very quiet building and outdoor areas on terrace, quick to respond property manager, incredible views, well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, very comfortable beds and pillows, reading materials, lots of living area, 3 outdoor areas, access to opening windows so A/C not required and nothing missing. Wonderful accommodation!!!!

Unexpected views of Rome

A charming retreat after visiting all that Rome has to offer. We enjoyed morning coffees and evening wine on the terraces surrounded by unexpected views of the city. The location was perfect for us and was convenient to nearby restaurants and a very well stocked neighborhood grocer. The check in and management was excellent arranging drivers for our city excursions and providing general information when requested. Graziemillie from us for making a memorable visit to Rome.

Great location to stay in Rome!

This is our 2nd stay at this lovely apartment in Rome. Fabulous place to stay. Very comfortable and spacious. The rooftop terrace is spectacular. Highly recommend this place. Sasi, the greeter at the apartment is great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We will stay here on our next visit to Rome.

The Views! Very comfortable! and Sasi is Amazing

The views from the terrace’s are amazing! Short walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Lots of restaurants and markets near by. Clean, comfortable place with lots of towels and bathrooms. Great kitchen and a great place to put your feet up after walking all over Rome. And THANK YOU SASI for the birthday present!

We absolutely loved staying at this place. Glorious views from the terraces outdoor, and astonishing light streaming indoor. We seem to have a very similar taste in furniture, fabrics, and fixtures: we felt immediately at home. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful apartment

We stayed for a week at Marie's apartment. We loved everything about it! The top floor is filled with light and the decor is comfortable and lovely. You really can't beat the views of the Pantheon and St. Peter's basilica! The kitchen is tiny but functional, and the terraces are amazing. On the street are a wonderful greengrocer and a Enoteca Corsi, which sells a great selection of wines and offers delicious food at very reasonable prices.

When in Rome… stay here!!

The check-in was seamless. The view from each balcony was stunning. The unit is well equipped and excellent layout for two couples. Elevator helped with moving luggage. The owner and representative were extremely responsive and professional… even helped arrange car services. Location was central and accessible to all the major sites. Highly recommended.

Special place in Rome

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious property while in Rome. Everything was better than expected. Home was well appointed with all that we needed for relaxing evenings after seeing the sites. Patio views were stunning, home was clean, comfortable and convenient to many sites, as well as local shops and restaurants. Check in process was easy and the representative was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend to friends and would love to visit again. We felt very fortunate that this property was made available on VRBO!

Panoramic Views of Roma!

This is a magnificent apartment with outstanding views of Rome. The apartment is very comfortable, with plenty of seating in the living area as well as two fantastic terraces looking east and west. What you see is what you get! The Best of Rome.

Excellent location, very secure, comfortable and perfect for our family of four adults. Sasi greeted us and oriented us to the place, unfortunately the power went out right after she left, and it took a while to connect with her to find the breaker. That was the only glitch in what I would call a wonderful place to stay while visiting Rome. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen adequate, but so many excellent restaurants close by that we hardly cooked. Outside patios were delightful for summer evenings with snacks and cocktails. Air conditioning was a big plus, especially if you are renting in summer months. One of the best restaurants in Rome is right downstairs. Anotica Cordsi. All in all, I loved this place!

Oh the views

We are headed back to Rome in the fall, and wish we could re-book this amazing place, but alas, it’s already booked for our dates. We’ll have to plan further ahead to find an opening to stay there again. The most spectacular feature of the apartment is the top floor. A large and comfortable open-plan living room/dining room/kitchen has 2 terraces, both of which have amazing views. We generally used the larger terrace with its views of the Pantheon, Sant’Ivo, Sant’Agnese and yes, St. Peter’s. But the smaller one – with a view of the dome of the Gesu – was great for morning coffee because it faces east. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the eating and cooking equipment you could want. No American coffee maker, although there was a user manual for one, so maybe it just got lost somewhere along the way. We got good at making coffee with the classic stovetop device. It’s a bit of a steep staircase up from the lower floor, but not a big problem. On the lower floor where there are 2 bedrooms, we used the larger of them and it was very beautiful and comfortable with a good bathroom. The location is fantastic with a grocery store right across the street and a good osteria next door. It’s a convenient walk to just about everything in the city center. And after a day of sightseeing, what a treat to return to this apartment, pour a glass of wine and sit out on the terrace!

Beautiful apartment and amazing view!!

The view from the terrace is absolutely awesome -- truly as amazing as it looks in the pictures! The apartment itself is lovely: light & airy with lots of windows, kitchen well-supplied, beds comfortable, living area welcoming. The building is old & has lots of character so you feel like you really are in Italy! The elevator, though small, works great. The location could not be beat! Just a few blocks from the Pantheon, taxi & bus stands even closer, good restaurants & grocery stores nearby, and within walking distance to the Vatican & Forum, if you don't mind a trek. Marie was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. The ride service she arranged for us to/from the airport was perfect. So why only give 4 stars? Just a few things that didn't go well. We arrived tired on a hot evening, and the orientation was rushed. No windows were open so it was very stuffy. The manager left us still not sure how to work the air-conditioning, with ants swarming in the top floor bathroom, & a broken faucet in that shower. We were traveling with one older woman for whom the stairs were steeper & more precarious than we thought, so she decided to make the upstairs her bedroom, planning to use that bathroom. We said this to the manager, but she did nothing to help us set this up, and did not tell us that shower didn't work. When we realized this and asked, we were told it could not be fixed during our stay, though we were there a full week. We had to find new ant catchers ourselves, and it took 24+ hours before the ants started to decrease. (The new ant catcher worked, so they could have been put out in advance.) There was no American coffee maker to be found. First we were told it didn't work and we should use the single cup espresso maker. When we said we'd like the American coffee maker replaced so we could make 4 cups at a time, we were told where it was (in a cupboard marked for owner only) and that it did work. But it did not. There were no instructions for separating garbage, although we discovered recycling bins down below, so we would have liked to do so. We had a hard start. All that said, as the days passed we grew to really enjoy the apartment more and more, and I would definitely recommend it to others. A guest book with instructions would be helpful. Be aware the stairs are a bit narrow & steep, if stairs might be a challenge for you. But the location, view, comfort and beauty make this perfect for most people! Enjoy!

Wonderful view

I first stayed at the property in 2011 and returned this time with friends. I had forgotten how spectacular the view is and my friends were blown away! Perfectly quiet, perfectly located, and perfect for two couples or friends.

Fabulous apartment in the heart of Old Rome

This was our fourth time staying in this wondeful apartment! The location could not be better-walking distance to everything you want to see in Rome. The apartment is located on a charming alleyway with all the amenities-great coffee shop, a grocery store, one of Rome's best restaurants directly next door. It has two terraces with fabulous views of Rome=enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets over St Peter's.The apartment itself is perfectly appointed and very comfortable. It makes Rome my happy place

Location, location, location

This lovely apartment is located steps from most of "old Rome" and minutes from "ancient Rome." Also right downstairs is a terrific trattoria with excellent food and service. There are two really nice terraces, one facing east and the other west. Both have lovely views of the city. Bedrooms are comfortable and quiet with excellent air conditioning and plenty of hot water. We enjoyed our stay here and would stay here again in the future.
