Located directly on Lake Taneycomo at Fall Creek, this 2 bedroom/2 bath lakefront condo features king sized beds in both rooms and 2 full baths, each with jacuzzi tubs. Kitchen with new cookware and everything you need to prepare meals. Large deck overlooking the lake with outdoor furniture and electric grill. This condo also features a sunroom with seating. Included with the condo are all the resort amenities, including miniature golf, fishing dock passes, and indoor/outdoor pools. Full service marina on site with boat rentals and slips available at a discounted rate with the amenities pass. Some of the best trout fishing on the lake! Recently undated bedding, pictures do not reflect as of yet.

This is our go to condo in branson.we love sitting out back on the deck looking over taneycomo.the owners are great people and easy to communicate with.location is off the strip but convient and easy to get to.we plan our trips by availability of this home away from home as we call it.we have been renting it for about 14 years now off and on and have seen many upgrades and improvements done.the only complaint I have is I'm getting older and it's a little tricky getting in the shower with my short legs with the high bathtub but I manage,lol great place for the ,already planning our next trip

My Branson Birthday Trip

Location was great with a beautiful view. Condo was musty and had a smell…I bought air fresheners our first night. It was not very clean or at least not as clean as other condos we have stayed in the area. Some of the dishes were dirty in the cabinets and it was dusty. The water had a rotten egg smell when first turned on like the water had sat in the tank for awhile. The A/C never got lower than 76 degrees, and made it uncomfortable to sit inside or sleep at night. We tried calling the owners to see if we weren’t adjusting the thermostat correctly…they promised to check on it remotely and call us back but never did. We spent most of our time out of the condo because it just wasn’t comfortable inside. Hosts didn’t communicate very well…prior to our stay it took them almost 2 weeks to respond to a question and only did after I contacted VRBO. TV’s were not hooked up to cable. The bedrooms only had some limited streaming options and the living room only had streaming and local channels. This was not a big deal to us but was an annoyance when added to the other issues. The condo was complete with a lot of items such as linens and dishes but didn’t seem to have as many amenities as other condos in the area (no hair dryer, pack & play, laundry soap,hooks for fishing poles, etc). The view from the deck was the silver lining…thankfully it wasn’t too miserably hot when we were there so we were able to spend most of our time enjoying the deck to escape the musty and stuffy indoors.

Our unit is a walk-in, making it very accessible to every traveler. The large deck over looking the water is an excellent place to relax, and the cool breeze off the cold water lake is really refreshing!
