Great apartment!
Loved the apartment and it was so convenient to the metro! Milena and Mirabel were great and so helpful! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Fantastic apartment
We had a great time at this rental. The apartment has everything we needed and is in an extremely convenient location. We were able to walk most places that we went, and easily catch the subway for others. The owners graciously gave us a list of nearby markets, and also restaurant recommendations. Milena was so helpful to our son upon check-in (he arrived several hours before we did) and explaining everything, and we had her as our tour guide for the Modernist tour, which was wonderful. The apartment was quiet -- we never heard our neighbors at all when we were in the apartment. It was very safe and secure. We could not have had a better time or place to stay in Barcelona. I would come back and stay there again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!

Wonderful apartment
This was a great place to stay. Very close to restaurants, shopping, the metro, markets. The apartment is roomy and the furniture is fun, especially if you like planes. Milena met us and was prepared with maps, restaurants, info on how to use the metro, and even offered to take us on a walking tour of the area. She made sure we knew how to work the appliances and that we were settled in comfortably. Miguel, the owner, kept in touch prior and during our stay. He provided info on restaurants and made himself available for questions (as did milena). All in all a lovely place to stay and highly recommended if you are in Barcelona for a week.
Exceeded our expectations
We stayed five nights here and this apartment met our needs exactly. Milena was onsite to greet us and gave us a thorough overview of everything in the apartment. It was a good thing too because several features such as the windows and the clothes drier we would have struggled to figure out on our own. The apartment is two bedrooms and two baths and was perfect for the two of us. We only used the second bedroom (with twin beds) to store clothes and suitcase in (so my wife had her own space for her clothes). The bed in the master bedroom was US king size and we found it firm, but comfortable. The second bath had a small shower which we used almost exclusively. The “master” bathtub/shower sprayer was less adequate for a tall person like me but it worked as designed. The kitchen was excellent and had everything we needed. The living/dining area was great. The location of the apartment which I was a little worried about before we arrived turned out to be perfect. The building is extremely safe and secure and the neighborhood around it was very safe in my opinion. It is centrally located between the Gothic district, el Born, the marina, and Barceloneta with easy access to the beach. The beach was literally a 12 minute walk (2 of which were spent waiting for the crosswalk lights). The Gothic district is about a 10-15 walk depending on which part you are going to. Several restaurants, markets, and coffee shop nearby. We found it close to everything we wanted to visit. The only time we took a cab was from Sagrada Família back to the apartment (we walked there in about 30 minutes but it was late when we returned). And of course cabs to/ from the airport or Sants train station. Cabs are everywhere and very fairly priced. All three cab drivers we had were helpful, courteous, and spoke decent English. So to sum up, I would recommend this property to any of my friends or family.

Excellent host and apartment.
Apartment was as shown in images- although I think the pictures could be much better. The apartment is filed with light and has a great kitchen. The location is central to El born and the Gothic quarter. My one negative is that it is situated in a busy street and if you are a light sleeper it could be a bother . Otherwise I definitely recommend !
