The property was the perfect place to stay for our father-son fishing trip. Very clean and peaceful. Also a perfect location to get back and forth between Bend and Sunriver. Definitely would recommend! Hosts were very friendly and helpful with everything.
The property is just like the photos with the river running right in the backyard. We had a great time hosting our relatives for my mother’s 95th birthday. We would easily select this property again. Thanks for a great experience.
What are the most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. Loved the sound of the river in the evening. Last night I went to turn the patio light off and there were three mule deer standing in the yard just looking at me not afraid of a thing it was surreal. Hope to get back thanks for the hospitality.
This is a beautiful home that is fully stocked, and in such an amazing spot. The host responded quickly with questions, and was so kind. We loved our stay, and my family would definitely love to stay again!
Tranquil oasis right on the Deschutes River! VERY comfortable bed, great water pressure in the shower, easy access to the town of Bend and its amenities, and only 30 miles from the picturesque town of Sisters!
Beautful place, quiet and good room sizes and so comfortable. Has everything you need for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed seeing the deer daily and my husband liked fishing in the backyard. Great cable package and smart tv. Only suggestions that would make it easier would been to of had a fence for yard or deck. It’s close to downtown. Wasn’t a fan of the long one way driveway, but luckily no one came at the same time. Beautiful setting. You do se a lot of trail users with dogs across from it but that ended up being entertaining. Would return! Thanks for the rental time
Amazing place! We had such a great time! First time in Bend and this was a great location and very comfortable place to stay. We were travelling with our two adult children. Plenty of space with great living spaces inside and out. Hope we get a chance to come back some day!
Beautiful home, with everything we needed for our vacation and more. Saw tons of birds and even two deer who walked across the property. Weather was great even a little sprinkle in the morning on the Fourth.
We had a wonderful stay at this truly special home in Bend. The location is absolutely amazing, right on the river, with a peaceful and unique setting that really makes the stay memorable. The house itself is cozy, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. You can tell it is taken care of regularly, and overall it was a lovely place for our family to spend the long weekend.I’m giving 4 stars mainly because of the hot water situation. We are a family of five, and after two back-to-back showers the hot water ran out. This was quite inconvenient, especially with kids, when you want everyone to shower one after another. The hosts explained that this is how the system works, but for us it was still frustrating. One more point to note: there is no air conditioning. During our stay it was very hot, and the portable fans were simply not enough.Overall, it is a beautiful and unique home in an exceptional location, but these two issues are worth knowing in advance.
We loved our stay at the Riverside home! The setup was just right for us and the location is terrific - right on the Deschutes. The home is super comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. The setting is so lovely that we ended up having many meals in rather than go to downtown Bend. Communications with Debbie were always very prompt and thorough - thank you! We look forward to coming back!
This Deschutes River property is a quiet, beautiful river retreat. Close to Bend and easy access to many nature adventures in the area. The property owners were easy to work with and the house is well stocked with everything one would need while staying here. This property would be great for any time of year with all that this area has to offered recreation wise.
Our Family had a great time at this hidden gem. The house is very livable and comfortable. Our 2 boys loved catching crawdads and fishing in the river. The wildlife was abundant. We look forward to our next visit.
We loved the one story home so close to the river. It has everything you need! The beds were very comfortable.Small critique on the bunk room, I ended up using the top bunk to lay out my clothes so that worked out.The happy dog trail provided much entertainment across the river. We spotted Otter, Mallards, Geese, Deer, Eagle, Fish jumping. We loved the place! Thank you so much!
