Gated community with comfort and security. Walk on the beautiful lawn of the condo and reach the beach in just 5 minutes with comfort, safety and enjoying nature.

House for up to 12 people, large living and dining room, TV, equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, blender, pressure cooker. On the balcony, we have the apparent brick barbecue, sink and bench of the barbecue, all equipment of grills and skewers. Rest on the porch lying on the hammocks admiring nature.

Comfortable, air-conditioned house in the living room (2 sets) and each of the bedrooms has a super powerful air conditioner. High-power fans in the bathrooms, kitchen and outdoor brick barbecue. It is located 280m from the beach, access by the lawn of the condominium.

Autonomy of water box for 3 days. Private external suite suitable for 2 employees or young people.

Imóvel na melhor quadra do condomínio! Local seguro e adequado para crianças. Há alguns passos da praia! Casa em excelente estado. Possui ar- condicionados em todos os ambientes, piso em porcelanato em toda casa, louças para utilização, camas confortáveis. Imóvel e praia excelente para ir com a família.
