Superior apartment of a traditional house located in the center of the village. Main access on the Névache road and second access on the Alberts road side through the garden.
Kitchen, dining room and living room on the ground floor, bedrooms upstairs. Spacious rooms combining comfort and authenticity of the habitat of yesteryear.
Environment: Nearby: woods 'L'Iscle du Rosier' at 100m, river 'La Clarée' at 200m, then the meadows and the mountain.
A valley still little affected by modernism, no expressway or tunnel has managed to impose itself. In summer, a free shuttle takes you to Haute Clarée from Névache.

Activities: Winter: Cross-country skiing at 50m and nearby stations (15mn Montgenèvre and 20mn Serre Chevalier)
