Welcome to Bond Park Place! Estes Park Vacation Rental #3038.
Bond Park Place is a charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath home located right above Bond Park and the center of downtown Estes Park. Sleeps up to 5, (1 King, 2 Twins, and Sofa Bed). Two outdoor patio/decks with views of the mountains, downtown Estes, Estes Lake, and the historic Stanley Hotel. Recently updated with all the modern conveniences including Wifi, Roku TV and over 200 DVDs. Plenty of driveway parking. Easy walk to everything that downtown Estes Park has to offer including numerous restaurants! Or stay in and grill on the outdoor deck and enjoy the views!

My husband, Derek and I moved to Colorado in 1998 from Austin, Texas. We love Colorado and especially Estes Park! We bought Bond Park Place in early 2014. Derek did a remodel on the house before we put it on the vacation home market.
After having this property with a management company in 2023, we have decided to owner manager again for 2024.
We are very familiar with Estes Park as we were owner/operators of a small resort from 2001 to 2014. Estes Park is a great mountain town that is very casual and laid back. It's a great vacation place for families and is the gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park. It doesn't get much better than Estes Park!

Why they chose this property

We love having a house in this location. It's great that you can walk to downtown for shops and restaurants and not have to deal with finding parking. It's right up the hill from Bond Park which also has numerous festivals throughout the year as well!
