Welcome to this large 3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bath condo on the slope of Bear Mountain Resort with 65" HDTV and High Speed WiFi Cable Internet . Enjoy being steps from skiing or boarding down to the lifts in this true Ski-In/Ski-Out home. Close-up views of the skiers and snowboarders from the living room, patio, and primary bedroom. You cannot get any closer to the action. Perfect for couples and/or families with children. Sleeps 8. Enjoy the living room with a beautiful brick fireplace and unique carved wood bear mantle, game table and 6 person dining table. Your kitchen is fully stocked with a Keurig and regular coffee machine and every appliance and utensil you'll need to cook a wonderful meal.

The Primary Bedroom features a California King bed, a full bathroom with a relaxing jetted tub & shower, lounge area with 2 rocker recliners and 55" TV, and sweeping views of the ski run and mountains. Bedroom #2 has a Eastern/Standard King bed and Bedroom #3 has 2 Bunk beds and a 40" Smart TV.

This comfortable home also has a full size washer and dryer, a garage mancave with a couch, tables, and seating, and a huge driveway that can park 3 cars easily.

Condo complex is fully gated and features a Jacuzzi Spa (sometimes not available) and Tennis and Pickleball Courts with SKI-IN / SKI-OUT access. You cannot beat the location!!

Visiting in the spring or summer? The condo is located just a short drive to the Big Bear lake's edge. While at the lake you can enjoy fishing, swimming, or wake boarding. Don't have a boat? No problem! The lake features a cable park for wake borders! Bear Mountain offers fantastic hiking, mountain biking as well as zip lining. In the village there is shopping at fabulous local boutiques and cute shops. The local restaurants serve great food in a warm atmosphere and the pubs will not disappoint.

Loved our stay. The location was amazing as we could walk to the ski resort for my son to have his lesson. My younger daughter could watch the skiers through the sliding glass door in the living room which was really fun. Plenty of space and clean. Great stay at the Bear condo

Amazing communication with the owner. Location is awesome for those who ski or snowboard. Kids were able to snow board right up to the back porch area which kept us from having to sit at the resort all day. I would bring earplugs if you will be bothered by the snow making loud rumbling noise all night.

Location ideal, interior spacious with everything thought out for you! Plenty of seating, wells stocked kitchen, and garage has been converted to game room. Upscale furnishings and easily accessible from slopes (ski in/ski out) and road.

Walk to the lifts

You can’t beat the location. In the morning you can sip coffee, sit in front of the fireplace and watch the black diamond skiers and snowboarders tear down the mountain immediately in your backyard. Head out the back yard directly to the slopes.

Walk to Bear Mountain Lift or Snow Summit Shuttle

More than enough room for our party of 5, plenty of towels, kitchen supplies for cooking and the location was great. We actually enjoyed skiing Snow Summit more than Bear mountain because most of Bear Mountain was set up for Snowboard freestyle park runs and we were all skiing. But that wasn't an issue as the shuttle is right in front of Bear Mountain (5 minute walk from front door of townhome) and it runs every 30 mins. Garage acts as a great mud room/storage place for your snow gear and the owners were responsive and friendly. Great trip for some spring skiing.
