About this property

Big independent house with garden and swimming pool

The gite « La Famille » is a house of 100m² for a maximum of 8 people. It offers:
- Large sunny living and dining room.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- 4 bedrooms: 3 bedrooms with double beds and the fourth has a bunk bed and a baby bed.
- 2 bathrooms with bath/shower.
- 2 WC’s.
- Private closed garden with garden furniture, loungers and a BBQ.
- Shared swimming pool (open from 10am till 7pm) accessible through your garden.
- A storage area with a washing machine and an additional fridge.
- Spacious, secure parking area right in front of the gite.
WIFI is freely available.

The gite is at the same location as our house. We make every effort to afford our guests privacy. That said, we do share a swimming pool.

The gite "La Famille" is ideal for larger families or for enjoying a holiday with friends. Outside the months of July and August this house can also be rented by smaller groups and in this instance we shut one or two rooms and adjust our prices accordingly. In July and August the gite is exclusively available in its totality.

Bed sheets, towels and departure cleaning are not included.
In case you want the following:
Making beds: 10€ per bed so 50€ for all beds.
Towels: 5€ per person.
Departure cleaning: 100€.

500€ deposit will be requested at the latest on the day of your arrival. If no damages is caused in the gite, the entire deposit will be refunded on the day of your departure.

The electricity price is settled by meter reading and the applicable rates will be used.​

Wounderful weeks in Langues d'oc

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy our two weeks of vacation here! The contact, the exchange and the handling were uncomplicated, many thanks to Sylvie and Jeff! Many thanks also for the many tips and hints on options that are available here directly in the area. The tastefully decorated apartment and fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to feel at home! The possibilities of the surroundings: between sea and hills, nature and shopping, history and modern times had a lot to offer for the whole family. The wonderful weather has allowed us to relax in the garden on the tereasse and in the pleasant temperature of the pool. We can highly recommend this location!

Entre vignes et piscine

A la mi-juin, le jasmin de la treille diffuse encore ses arômes et en sa compagnie nous avons passé une semaine agréable, tous assis autour de la grande table bien abritée des ardeurs solaires. Le (tout nouveau) grill à charbon de bois a livré quelques merveilles culinaires, de la saucisse de porc à la côte de boeuf, une fois les réglages de base assimilés. Notre hôtesse, d'une patience admirable, a su répondre à nos interrogations renouvelées et s'est appliquée à nous offrir les meilleures conditions possibles. L'endroit est plaisant, en dépit de la présence de moustiques qui semblent vouloir - sans succès toutefois - en atténuer le charme, et des quelques appels nocturnes des rainettes voisines à la saison des amours aquatiques. Pomérols est un point de départ pour de nombreuses découvertes : Agde, Marseillan, Pézenas, Béziers, sans compter les villages environnants pointant au-dessus des plaines leurs clochers et leurs tourelles : Montblanc, Montagnac, Bessan, Castelnau de Guers, Aumes, le tout agrémenté de la gentillesse de leurs habitants.

Belle maison adaptée aux enfants/Beautiful child friendly house

L'accueil de Sylvie, la propriétaire, a été très chaleureux et accommodant. C'est une personne très chaleureuse. La maison est décorée avec goût et très propre. Les chambres sont très bien réparties, 8 personnes peuvent rester ici merveilleuses. Nous étions très heureux en famille de 7 avec des enfants et des petits-enfants. Le grand jardin est merveilleux pour les enfants et pour les enfants, la piscine, idéale pour nager ou s'amuser en famille avec les enfants, est protégée par une petite porte verrouillable. Le rez-de-chaussée sans escalier est toujours un plus pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants ou pour les personnes qui ont des problèmes avec les escaliers. Aussi pour les jouets est pris en charge. L'ensemble du décor est parfait. La maison et l'emplacement de la maison à Pomerols sont très recommandables avec, entre autres, de très belles plages. Nous avons passé des vacances reposantes. Merci Sylvie! The welcome from Sylvie, the owner, was very warm and accommodating. She is a very warm person. The house is tastefully decorated and very clean. The rooms are very well distributed, 8 people can stay here wonderful. We were very happy as a family of 7 with children and little grandchildren. The large garden is wonderful for children and for the kids, the pool, which is great for some swimming or family fun with children, is protected by a small lockable door so you can not walk it unobserved. The ground floor without stairs is always a plus for families with small children or for people who have problems with stairs. Also for toys is taken care of. The whole decor is perfect. The house and also the location of the house in Pomerols is very recommendable with, among other things, very beautiful beaches. We had a relaxing holiday. Thanks Sylvie!

Maison agréable, bien entretenue et bien localisée près du centre du village

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable et reposant dans cette maison à deux pas du centre-ville de Pomérols. Maison pratique car sur un seul niveau. Les jeux et jouets mis à disposition dans la maison se sont avérés utiles pour occuper nos enfants. Jardin très bien entretenu. Sylvie, la propriétaire, nous a dépannés a plusieurs reprises (disponible pour la livraison de nos bagages, prêt d’un mixeur, d’une bassine...).
