Beautiful & Secure

The condo is stunning and very safe, with excellent security measures. The house is perfect for 4 people. The bedrooms are comfortable and the AC works pretty well. There’s no AC or fan in the living room / kitchen so it was a bit uncomfortable. Communication with host was ok.

Bangalô excelente na melhor praia de Ilhabela

O bangalô da Marina corresponde exatamente à descrição. Tudo limpo e organizado. Apesar de estar descrito no anúncio que não haveria roupa de cama e banho, penso que poderiam ser disponibilizados os tapetinhos do banheiro. Mas isso foi um detalhe que não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia!

Condomínio legal com boa estrutura, o bangalô bem limpo e organizado com uma bela vista, a cozinha é um pouco limitada por conta do pequeno fogão com uma boca, poucos utensílios, facas sem corte, mas demos um jeito. Creio que o proprietário poderia dar uma atenção para facilitar a estadia. Atenção para pessoas com problemas de mobilidade pois o tereno do condomínio é bem íngreme.

As informações condizem com o anúncio. Tdo limpo, novo em perfeitas condições. Tdo funcionando. Hidro quente, aparelhos domésticos etc. A cama do andar superior extremamente confortável. Lá tdo é silencioso e ótino para dormir. Com relação ao condominío realmente é mto ingreme e usamos a van para que nos deixasse na portaria e assim tem q atrqvessar a rua e descer a rampa do restaurante q dá acesso a praia. O condominio é lindo e bem cuidado. Tivemos alguns contratempos refere ao check in, pois a faltou informações completas sobre o aquecimento a gas e se nao fosse o vizonho ao lado ter .. . Qto

Hospedagem Férias 1 semana (casal+filhos)

O Bangalô é super limpo e confortável, a região e a vista de cada uma das janelas são lindas. a distância do Bangalô para o estacionamento tem uma ladeira bastante ingrime, pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção teriam problemas. O serviço de Van que leva até a entrada do condomínio funciona até ás 18hrs, se perder essa Van a caminhada até o bangalô é totalmente inviável. Optamos por usar sempre o carro e não correr o risco. O condomínio tem uma piscina maravilhosa, água morninha, nós aproveitamos muito dela inclusivo porque pegamos alguns dias de chuva fraca e nos finais de dia depois da praia. No Bangalô tem uma boca de fogão por indução e apenas uma pena média + uma frigideria do mesmo tamanho. Como passaríamos uma semana acabamos levando mantimentos para nos alimentar em casa e não foi uma boa ideia. A geladeira é mais forte somente na parte de cima próximo ao congelador. Cuidado com o que for armazenado na parte de baixo. No geral a região é linda, o bangalô também e Ilhabela é um local incrível, não precisa de comentários.

Muito agradável

O lugar é excelente, muito bonito, limpo, organizado. Perfeito para até 4 pessoas. Pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção encontrariam dificuldades, mesmo para andar até o estacionamento ou mesmo para pegar a van que transporta as pessoas para a praia. Nos buscávamos o carro no estacionamento e pegávamos minha mae. Mas voltaria certamente!

O bangalô era ótimo, limpo, confortável e no tamanho ideal para casal com filhos (temos 3). O condomínio é excelente e o serviço de leva e traz da recepção/portaria/garagem ajuda muito. Serviço de praia também é bom. Só em alta temporada não tem mesas na praia do condomínio para todos, mas normal visto o volume de pessoas. Voltaremos de Deus quiser!

Estive hospedada em 20/12/2022, lugar incrível. Limpeza impecável, bem limpo e branquinho. Sou enjoada com limpeza, fiquei feliz em encontrar ambiente bem limpo. Bangalô novo, proprietária atenciosa, prestativa. Condomínio seguro. Vista linda. O imóvel e longe do centro comercial, uns 15 a 20 minutinhos de carro. Na proximidade não há restaurante que sirva café da manhã, pelo menos não localizei nenhum. Indico o bangalô, voltaria novamente com minha família.

Ótimo bangalô

O bangalô é ótimo, tinha tudo que precisava. Só senti falta mesmo de um tratamento mais amigável com a anfitriã, saliento que não houve falta de educação, mas alugo muitos lugares inclusive por aqui e nunca um anfitrião havia sido tão seco em comunicações, eu não sei qual o nível dos hóspedes que costumam alugar ali, eu inclusive quebrei um enfeite e fiz questão de avisar e me responsabilizar pelo ocorrido pagando R$ 180,00 pelo enfeite (valor passado pela anfitriã) que paguei sem qualquer questionamento, quando muitos jogariam fora e fingiriam que nada ocorreu, no tratamento deste ocorrido tudo ok. Mas fui avisado pelo menos 3 vezes que em caso de paredes sujas ou capa de colchão ou travesseiro sujos seria cobrado uma taxa, sempre respondi que levei minha própria roupa de cama e banho já que para usar o da casa seria cobrada uma taxa de R$ 80,00. Em resumo o local é ótimo, funcionários do condomínio super educados, praia maravilhosa. Indico.

Estadia foi muito boa, bem próxima a praia do curral, com a estrutura do deck com mesas e cadeiras direto na praia, o loft é muito bom tbm, só a opção em ter apenas uma boca de fogão, foi dificil p quem gosta de cozinhar e, a chegada até o loft é um pouco ingrime, mas nada que desabone. Weekend in Southern Ihlabela

This property is beautiful and has a lovely view of the ocean from both balconies. The only things we found a bit odd was that the host charges extra for sheets and towels ($240 R total) and the apartment did not come stocked with soap or toilet paper. We wish we had a heads up about the toilet paper because we arrived late at night and all the stores were closed by then, so we had to go without for the night. Also, this property is pretty far from town (about 35 minutes) and it is difficult to get a taxi, especially at night. The concierge is not 24 hours as listed - they close at 8 PM. The most strange part is that the location listed on VRBO mobile for this property is north of town, near Vila, which is where we wanted to stay. But the actual location is in the southern part of the island near Praia Corral, which is a 40 minute drive from where it is listed. The beach it's located near is incredibly beautiful but just slightly inaccurate from the listing. Overall, the amenities at this condominium duplex were amazing but some parts of the listing were inaccurate.
