Great Cabin

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin was as advertised, not to close but not to far from the action of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Smaller cabin which is great for a couple but could easily handle a small family of 4. Great communication from owners. Would definitely rent again.

4/10 Poor

Beautiful Cabin but terrible customer service.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We vacation at least 1 time a month and wanted to give this company a try. The location was fine, the cabin had a beautiful view from the top floor. Booking the cabin was professional and easy. Issue was the picture showed a grill and be brought food only to find the grill had been removed. Contacted the staff and they done nothing to accommodate us for that, said sorry for the misfortune. Then the coffee pot had brown liquid running out of it across counter top and dryer was so full on lint. Nobody cleaned that after last guest for sure. We had to try and get some out. Was very disappointed in the care of customer service.. Would have appreciated them bringing us a grill or something. We brought a bunch of food that we couldn’t sit outside and grill together, which was our reason for booking a cabin not a hotel. Tried reaching out to them before giving this review.
Response from VrboOwner on 5 October 2026
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the beautiful cabin and views, but we sincerely apologize for the issues with the missing grill, coffee maker, dryer, and the response from our team. We understand how disappointing this was, especially when you had planned meals around the advertised grill. Your concerns have been shared with our management and housekeeping teams for review. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and truly hope we can provide a better experience in the future.

Great Cabin!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was just as pictured. It was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. The only notes I would pass on to the next guest is the beds in the “attic” are hard to get to for littles. We had planned on our 3 kids sleeping there, but it was too high for our 3 year old to climb up, and then leave up there all night. There was a blow up mattress, so it all worked out! The sofa upstairs had a pull out bed, but when pulling it out, there was a ton of popcorn in it, so we assumed those sheets hadn’t been cleaned. Also, there is not a ball for the foosball table (we asked for one and was told they would have housekeeping bring one, but we must have missed them). There is only one roll of toilet paper, so we did have to go get more, so I would pack that! Overall the communication was great, the cabin was beautiful and we will be going back! Very convenient check in and out process!
