Come and enjoy our tropical beach condo located in Hutchinson Island, Florida. We are situated in South Hutchinson Island, close to Jensen Beach, Stuart, and the #1 ranked city in Florida....Port St. Lucie. Our beaches offer a serene atmosphere including the unspoiled feeling of a tropical paradise. Come and be part of all that Hutchinson Island has to offer! Downtown Jensen beach, with its 'Jammin Jensen', on Thursday evenings, quaint, artsy shops, museums, art displays and wonderful music and restaurants must not be missed! Many of our local jewelry makers and crafters come and display many of their 'one of a kind' creations. Let's not forget the dolphin watching right from the beach, fishing, strolling in the sand, shelling, and let's get ready with the camera for the stunning sunsets that you will enjoy!
Our condo offers two sunset view balconies, fully stocked kitchen, new appliances, newly remodeled kitchen, remodeled bathroom with a step in shower, two queen size beds, one is a "sleep number" bed; large dresser, flat screen televisions in living and bedroom. Free wifi, dvd player, cable, beach gear and linens are also included. Heated pool with Picnic areas and BBQ Grills are also part of our amenities... Oh...let's not forget we are right next to Shuckers Restaurant and Tiki Bar. Live entertainment is featured on Friday and Saturday. You will definitely have to take time out of your sun tanning schedule in order to fit everything in! We have worked hard to make this bungalow "extra homey" in order to make our guests feel "extra special"!
Many attractions are close to the condo. The Manatee Observation Station, Elliot Museum, Gilbert's Bar House of Refuge Museum, St. Lucie Historical Museum, FPL Energy Encounter, Stuart Court House Cultural Museum, Dolphin Watch and Wildlife Eco Tours, Tours on Horseback, Stuart Lyrics Theater, Downtown Stuart, with many shops and restaurants, Mets Stadium, located in PSL., Treasure Coast Mall, with many shops, including Macy's! (For us ladies), and we even have hot air balloon rides. As you can see, there will be many activities you can do while visiting our condo!

We had a great time during our vacation. The condo we was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our quick getaway. The location is right on the beach with a great pool on the property as well. Having a restaurant on-site was a big bonus, and we loved that we were only minutes away from other beaches, shops, and places to explore. Overall, a relaxing and convenient stay.

Condo on the beach

My daughter and I loved staying at the condo. It was very cozy and clean. The condo was right on the beach and the hosts provided all the beach supplies. We were also in the same complex as Shucker's, a great restaurant that we dined at several times. Enjoyed our time here. Emilio and Lili were wonderful hosts and communication with them was super easy.

Fun in the Sun

We absolutely loved staying at ‘It’s 5:00 Somewhere’. The owners were very nice to work with. They met us at checkin and showed us around the property. The unit was beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Anything you would need, was readily available. I highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Great Condo

We had an amazing vacation, this place was perfect for 2 adults and a 2 year old, easy checkin and checkout, owners were responsive with any questions we had prior and during our trip . Had beach towels, wagon, umbrellas, chairs and cooler, everything you need for days at the beach! Place is in a good location, easy drive to nearby spots and groceries. We did end up going yo Disney for a day, was a easy 2 hour drive each way. Would definitely stay at this condo again.

Beautiful property. The only thing I'd note is that it is not beachside. This was somewhat clarified by owners upon booking, but was worded as "island view." Not having been to the island prior, I assumed it was still waterfront. The condo is beautiful with everything needed. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Relaxing stay even after a Hurricane.

Booking was very straightforward and accommodation was all as advertised. Our stay was complicated by the hurricane that arrived the day we were to check in. However we talked with the owners who suggested we wait a couple of days but kindly added two days to the end of our week to compensate. Obviously the pool and outdoor areas were being cleaned up but our apartment was fine and the beach was accessible and the restaurant and right in the property was open as usual. Would definitely recommend to others.

Two weeks in paradise

Emelio and Lili's condo was lovely. It was decorated in a contemporary Florida style. Great use of color!!!! The condo was well appointed with what we needed for the two weeks we stayed. The pool and beach were wonderful. The convenience to Shuckers to dine in or take out if we did not want to cook, was great. Emelio and Lili were great to work with in the process of renting their condo as well as meeting us when we arrived. Great place and memories. Thank you Emilio and Lili.

Perfect place to relax!

Loved Emilio & Lily’s condo. Comfortable and clean! Our time there was very relaxing. Just what we wanted. Everyone we saw at the pool or in the hallways were very friendly. The only negative and it’s a little thing. Put a rug with a nonslip backing in the bathroom. Both of us slipped getting out of the shower. Otherwise, perfect!

We bought this property because we love the beach, love the peace and quiet, love the water...the sand and the sunsets. We have lived here since 1992 and have made many wonderful memories in this area.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with this condo the minute we saw the beach! We are 'beach' people ...guess since I was born in a tropical Island I'm going back to my roots. Music is also our passion so when we heard the music coming from Shuckers, right next door, we said....Beach, music and friends....WE'RE HOME!!!!
