Couldn’t have asked for anything more!! Beach was beautiful, water was perfect and more importantly the condo was outstanding. The owners were great checking on us after check in and offered local recommendations for breakfast and dinner that we would have missed out on. Would 100% recommend this stay!

Another perfect stay!

This is our 3rd time visiting this condo and we just absolutely love all of it! First of all, the view of the beach and ocean from the balcony is so perfect! We also loved the comfort (beds, living room furniture), cleanliness (a little dusty, but just like no one had been there for a bit…totally not even an issue), and convenience (2nd floor - no need to use the elevator, steps from the pools and the ocean, etc.). Can’t wait to plan our next stay!

Beautiful condo with views!

We had a great time at the condo! We had 2 adults and 3 teen boys and we had plenty of room. The beach and pool were not crowded and the views were amazing. So much to do within a 10-15 minute drive. Owner was great with communication during our stay. We can't wait to come back!

Lovely beachfront condo! Will stay again.

We love the location of Summerhouse and all the amenities it provides. On top of that, this condo is the best unit we've stayed in at Summerhouse and will definitely seek it out to stay next time we come. The condo comes with so many extras. It's well decorated, super clean, easy access on the 2nd floor - so you can bypass the elevators. Everything about it is top notch.

I cannot say enough about this property! As a VERY picky person when it comes to where I stay with my family, this property lacks NOTHING! Every detail had been meticulously thought through and everything was NEW and CLEAN! Perfect view!!

We had a wonderful time vacationing in Tony & Kim’s condo. The location of this condo was wonderful! You could see the beautiful ocean from the master suite as well as the balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The Jeans’ condo was stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. There were also an ample supply of beach items (we didn’t need them as we brought our own, but it was nice to have that as an option). There was a small hiccup on arrival but Kim fixed the issue in a hurried manner. These were the best owners I’ve rented from!! If we return to PCB we will definitely stay here again!

We come to Panama every year, multiple times a year, and have stayed at a lot of places. This condo is by far one of the best! It was so clean and very well stocked. The location is amazing, the view is gorgeous and the owners are so nice and responsive! We will definitely stay here again and again!

This was pur 2nd year staying at this unit. If we return to PCB we plan to book here again. Condo is clean, convenient, and has all the amenities you need for a great beach vacation.

Cozy condo

The condo itself was great! I cannot say one negative thing about the condo. The owner was excellent with communication, checkin was easy. The kitchen was my favorite this condo has a little cabinet with things you can use for cooking like spices etc which was very nice and some condiments were left in the fridge which was great!! My only complaint about this complex was that it has A LOT of teenagers without parental supervision. They woke me up 2 nights in a row yelling , horse playing and in the pool. I did go out on the balcony and say something to them which they did end up getting out of the pool but still being very loud , this was at 2am. The next night I did talk with the security guard and she said she would keep an eye out for them that night which she did. About 1:15am I was woken up again by the teenagers being very loud and running and jumping in the pool. I did not go out on the balcony that night but I did crack the sliding door and could hear the security guard getting on to them, they got out of the pool but were still very loud. I LOVED the room itself but will not stay here again due to this.

We both grew up in Marietta GA and live here to this day -- very connected to our community. We have both been in real estate for over 25 years and love it!

Why they chose this property

Tony and I have travelled to the panhandle since we were 15 years old -- we actually met and fell in love in PCB while in college independently staying at Summerhouse!! This little place is near and dear to our hearts!! We love the family friendly setting, close proximity to some of the best restaurants on the beach & ease of shopping, etc!

What makes this property unique

Two pools, baby pool, hot tub, game room -- wonderful gazebo for a cool break from the PCB Sun - perfect for those pop up thunderstorms and especially for our sweet family members who want to be near the action and watch the babies while guarding against the heat -- great memories are built here - the kids laughing in the pool is one of our all time favorites!
