OFF-SEASON RENTALS: Our home sleeps 8 guests in the winter months when we close off the 3rd floor to create a cozy space for families to enjoy. Curl up by the fireplace with a good book (there are many in the house) or take in the crisp air on the porch with a hot cup of coffee. Dogs are allowed on the beaches from October 1 through May 1.


THE LOCATION: Welcome to our vacation home in Avon-By-The-Sea, NJ, just half a block away from the beach entrance. This prime location is perfect for families (including pets!) looking to enjoy a relaxing beach getaway. Parents and children can easily walk between the beach and the house throughout the day. Moreover, our house is conveniently situated within a 5-minute walk to the area's oceanfront bars and restaurants, including The Columns and The Promenade. You'll also find Main Street within walking distance, offering a variety of restaurants and shopping options. A wealth of recreational activities awaits you in Avon as well as nearby Belmar, Spring Lake, Bradley Beach and Asbury Park.


THE HOUSE: Experience the charm of a classic turn-of-the-century shore house with modern comforts. Our vacation home features a beautiful wrap-around porch and high ceilings, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The abundance of windows allows natural light to fill the rooms and provides refreshing cross-breezes. Fully furnished, this 3-floor house offers plenty of space for your family. The first floor includes a spacious living room, a dining room with seating for 8, a fully-equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances (including a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, and a separate dining area), a bonus TV room with a sleeper sofa, and a convenient full bathroom with walk-in shower. Additionally, the first floor features a back porch with a gas grill. The home offers multiple window air conditioning units as well as ceiling fans and pedestal fans throughout, so you'll stay cool even on the warmest days. The second floor accommodates 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, each equipped with window air conditioners, ceiling fans, and room-darkening window treatments. This floor also offers a full bathroom with a shower. The third floor sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with window air conditioners and another full bathroom with a newly-installed shower. In the basement, you'll find a washer and dryer for your convenience.


THE PORCH: Our magnificent porch is the true gem of the house. Offering ocean views, the porch features an 8-piece wicker furniture set, a dining table with four chairs, rockers, and lamps. It's the perfect spot to create lasting memories on warm summer nights with your loved ones as well as enjoy outdoor dining. If you have pets, removable gates can be used to enclose the porch, allowing them to relax and enjoy the fresh sea breeze.


PARKING / BACKYARD: Rest easy with off-street parking for 4+ cars available in the spacious backyard. The backyard also features an outdoor shower, a carousel clothesline for bathing suits and beach towels, and a shed stocked with bicycles, beach chairs and beach toys for your use.
