Well maintained, open and airy townhome in Spicebush with great, relaxing views of the lagoon, pool, tennis court - great if you have kids and they want to go play tennis or jump in the pool. The townhome is also right on the Sea Pines bike path and is just a 5 min walk to 36-holes of golf and a 10min walk to the beach. This locations is IDEAL! Whether you just want to take a walk or when you only have one car and want everyone in the house to come and go as they please without needing a ride to get somewhere. You and your guests come and go as they please. The townhome offers a complete and updated kitchen, 6-person dining room, a great deck overlooking a peaceful lagoon, a guest bedroom with a TV and 2 twin beds and the master bedroom with king bed, jacuzzi tub and bathroom countertop with 2 sinks. The living room also offers a pull out sofa so you can sleep 2 more. Spicebush has been our vacation home for over 20 years and offers something for everyone!

We had a wonderful time.. the villa is very well taken care of.. The house was clean, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.. The community pool and fire pit was awesome!! Everything was close and we could bike every where we wanted to go in Sea pines. Can't wait to come back!! The teenage girls loved it too!!

Why they chose this property

At Spicebush, you can walk to the beach, golf, tennis and Harbour Town. However, it's a relaxing place where you get a lot of space, high-ceilings, onsite tennis with pool and have a great family vacation. It's great for every age group too...which is REAL tough.
