Rebuild was completed June 2026 from the original beach cabin, and has been fully reimagined while maintaining the character and charm of its coastal roots. Strip any used beds
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Assure all doors and windows secured to prevent water intrusion
Shut off EV charger breaker 21/23 if charger used; roll up EV charger cord onto holder
Turn down thermostat to 65 and turn off fireplace
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Access code to side door entry key pad will be sent the day before your arrival
Avoid placing hot pots, pans, cooking dishes on the quartz countertops as it will ruin it - trivets and coasters are readily available for these items
When cooking use exhaust fan or smoke alarm may sound. If alarm sounds, press the alarm's button to stop it. This won't disable its functionality

We had a fantastic stay and would recommend. The remodel is tastefully done with beautiful ocean views. The convenience of having a bathroom per bedroom was really nice as well. Will be back soon!

This place was beyond amazing! So clean, plenty of space, great amenities, and such a beautiful view! Everything was so fresh after the remodel and we couldn't have been more pleased. The kids enjoyed the numerous games and puzzle books and we spent many an hour gaming it up. The beach is literally two minutes away, and it was almost like we had a private beach to ourselves. We will definitely plan to rent again!

Beautiful home with. fantastic view. Comfortable, new and stylish accommodations. Everything we needed was there. Recently remodeled with stunning aesthetic and high quality build out with all new appliances. We had everything we needed. There was a great view of the ocean from the 2nd (main) floor and a fantastic deck to enjoy the view. High end bedding and very comfortable beds. A short drive to Cannon Beach, Seaside and Manzanita, so there is plenty of places to explore and things to do, or just hunker down and enjoy everything this house has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.The only thing I would add is a BBQ, which is was plumbed for so I suspect they have just not yet added it.

We came to this area for my son's wedding. They were married at the end of the Elk Trailhead pass cliffside overlooking the ocean just about 10 minutes down the road from this property. This newly updated home at Arch Cape is BEAUTIFUL! The upstairs room has an abundance of natural light and a breathtaking ocean/mountainside view from the balcony. There were 9 of us and there was so much room. There is a short trail to the beach. At low tide, the beach was full of sand dollars! We even found some still in-tact! The host responded quickly when I had questions or asked for recommendations. In our opinion, if you are looking at the Oregon coast, Arch Cape and Cannon Beach are definitely the BEST, most beautiful small towns/beaches in that area. Oh! There are lots of nearby hiking trails. Cannon Beach is a very short, beautiful drive away and has a downtown area with lots of shops & eating places, including a S'mores to go! You can build bon fires on the beach in this area too. It is pricey to stay here (possibly because we went in August), but it was honestly worth every dollar. :-)

A nice quiet weekend at the coast.

We really enjoyed our stay. This place has a warm family beach cabin feeling. Arch Cape has a nice stretch of beach. It’s a nice place to relax in between the many hiking and beach going options. We loved it!

Cozy home with wonderful views and beach access

This was a cute little place perfect for my family. We stayed 3 nights with 3 adults and two children. The entrance to the beach was only a few houses down the road and the beach was perfection.

We had an amazing time at this beach house! It was very comfortable. The closeness to Cannon Beach and Seaside was also great! A quick little walk to the beach from the house and amazing views of the ocean from the house. We will definitely stay here again.

Cozy cottage in Arch Cape

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and use of the laundry facilities was easy and very helpful after a day at the beach. It's an easy drive to explore nearby Cannon Beach and Manzanita, and the beach just a short walk from the front door is lovely. This is a great place to stay to experience the North Oregon Coast.

We had a great time with our teen and dog! Relaxing, beautiful beach a tiny stroll away. We explored the area, great home base for zip lining, restaurants, Tillamook.

Cozy and great location

We had another great stay at this cabin. It is cozy and a perfect size for our family of 4. There is a view of the ocean from the back deck and the beach access is very close. It could use a little updating but for the price it is a great deal. We will definitely come back.

Perfect cabin for 2-4 people

Loved the cabin. Very comfortable beds with plenty of blankets and pillows. Very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked with lots of appliances and lots of spices and oil. Great view from the deck. Perfect little place for the family.

Perfect for a small group w/dogs!

A clean, simple, vintage cabin on a quiet stretch of coast. Very comfortable for people and dogs! Lots of dogs in the neighborhood, everyone cleaned up after themselves and no one was fussy. A very easy 2 minute walk to the beach. Several times we had the beach to ourselves, even over the 4th of July holiday! Easy drive to Manzanita and Cannon Beach. We had a wonderful time!

Better than expected

Stayed for a week, was nicer than we were expecting -- newer furniture, lots of kitchen supplies (plenty of plates/silverware to multiple meals -- though no dishwasher so lots of hand washing) Just a few minutes walk to the beach, which was very nice, not a very busy beach area even with great weather the whole time.

The Kindley Beach House is a legacy property purchased by Howard and Estelle Kindley along with Howard's brothers in the 1940s who then built an 800 sq ft cabin in 1945. There is a photo of the originally built cabin on the upper level television of the home. That cabin went through many renovations over the years brought many memories to the family and the many friends and guests who have stayed until 2025. Now in the fifth generation of Kindleys, the family decided to rebuild to assure it continues to bring memories to future generations of familes and friends. We invite you to experience the excitement of our new surroundings in a historical setting and make your own memories.
