Our cottages are literally on the beach and face the beautiful Santa Maria di Ricadi bay, in the Capo Vaticano area, close to the famous and attractive town of Tropea.

Your holiday at LeCasetteSulMare will allow you to relax on the sunny and white beach, to swim in some of the clearest waters in Calabria and enjoy the sun setting behind the Eolie islands.

Cottage Description:

2-room cottages (4 to 5 beds): 1 living room with kitchenette from which a mezzanine floor with two beds can be reached. Separate double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, garden with porch. Literally on the beach!

3-room Deluxe cottages (4 to 5 beds): finely decorated kitchen, spacious double-bed room, smaller bedroom with two single beds, storage closet, bathroom with shower box, garden with porch. On the beach!

2 to 4 bed Confort Apartments: 60 meters walking access to the beach through private garden.
- Ground floor: double living room with kitchenette and 2 beds; double bedroom, bathroom with shower box, garden with porch.
- First floor: living room with kitchenette and queen-size sofa bed; double bedroom; storage closet; bathroom with shower box; balcony with sea view, shady back garden. On the beach!
- 2-bed, one-room Apartments: living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower box, garden with porch.

All cottages come with a big garden, 1 parking space and spacious porch furnished with table, chairs, beach umbrella and deck-chairs.

All prices relate to Apartments 'easy' in the third row - Ground floor.

Posto stupendo

Un posto fantastico tranquillo e pulito, ottimo per famiglie e coppie. Un posto dove potersi rilassare e allo stesso tempo fare escursioni. Proprietari disponibili, gentili e solari. Ci torneremo di sicuro. E lo consiglio con tutti.

Vacanza da sogno!!!

Un posto incantevole dove trascorrere una settimana indimenticabile! Le casette sono davvero in riva allo splendido mare della costa degli dei, basta affacciarsi alla finestra per godere della vista del tramonto sulle isole Eolie e respirare la salsedine. Le case sono curate sotto ogni aspetto nei minimi dettagli: giardino perfetto, fiori, amache, ombrelloni non manca davvero niente e tutto l'arredo è studiato con attenzione e buon gusto. La signora Giuseppina è davvero dolcissima e molto disponibile. Consiglierei questo posto a chiunque!!!

Bel séjour au "paradis"

Ca fait 2 ans que je passe avec mes enfants une semaine en octobre dans une de cettes maisonnettes "pieds dans l'eau". Village que pour des vacanciers devient un peu désert en octobre. Il y a 3 restos qui sont ouverts quand-même, la mer et encore chaude, l'aire est magnifique, les couchers de soleils sont des vrais spectacles. La maison est bien propre et équipé de tout nécessaires et pour la plage et pour intérieur. Propriétaire est très accueillante, réagit toujours tout de suite à tous vos besoins, répond rapidement aux messages. Les séjours là c'était le bonheur, on projette y retourner encore.

Che meraviglia!!!

Mentre penso alle prossime vacanze non posso fare a meno di ricordare il meraviglioso soggiorno alle casette sul mare! A pochi passi dal mare, davanti ad un giardino ricco di fiori e piante e ad un tramonto suggestivo, sorge questa struttura a dir poco perfetta. Qui non manca nulla, pulizia, cortesia, affidabilità e una gestione strepitosa. La signora Giuseppina è una donna incantevole e tanto disponibile e nella struttura non manca alcun servizio: dagli ombrelloni e lettini ai barbecue..c'è davvero tutto! Il contesto intorno è splendido, spiagge per chi ama il mare, cultura per chi ama scoprire. Io e la mia famiglia pensiamo di tornare anche quest'anno!! Lo consiglio a tutti.

Vacanza meravigliosa dentro al mare!!!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato io e la mia famiglia presso questa struttura davvero di buon gusto nel periodo giugno-luglio. La stagione ci ha regalato una sorpresa immensa, la spiaggia quasi tutta per noi ed un mare indimenticabile, incredibilmente bello e pulito! La posizione delle casette è proprio a ridosso dell'acqiua marina e di notte ci si addormenta col mare che accarezza le orecchie col suo suono meraviglioso. Gli appartamenti, puliti, ordinati e ben arredati....un vero lusso. Per non parlare della bella accoglienza della sig.ra Giuseppina, sempre presente per ogni nostra esigenza. Consiglierei davvero a tutti una vacanza così!!!

Qualità,cortesia,pieno relax in una casa NEL mare

Ho trascorso con la mia famiglia in questa struttura davvero splendida 2 settimane in perfetta tranquillità. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dei proprietari valorizzano questo posto già di per sè incantevole. Magnifico il giardino, sempre perfettamente curato e splendida la casa NEL mare, arredata con tutti i confort ma soprattutto con Amore e con attenzione ai dettagli, tutte cose difficili da trovare in case di vacanza. La cucina è completa di tutti gli accessori e pulitissima. Senza paragoni è la posizione delle case, proprio sul mare, ma è più appropriato dire "NEL mare". Superlativi tramonti sono a portata di sguardo in un mare straordinario.Tutto ha contribuito a far sì che la nostra vacanza si svolgesse nel più completo relax e nella più completa soddisfazione..

Tranquillità e cortesia in un posto da sogno!

Ho alloggiato per due settimane con la mia famiglia in una casetta in terza schiera. Fin da su subito ci siamo sentiti in un ambiente familiare, molto ben curato sia internamente che esternamente. Nella casetta nulla è lasciato al caso. Gli arredi, i colori, la pulizia, gli spazi, tutto sistemato con gusto e personalità, cosa piuttosto rara, se non unica, in un’abitazione di vacanza. L’ assoluta gentilezza e disponibilità della signora Giuseppina ha reso ancora più piacevole il soggiorno, fornendoci sempre il supporto per ogni minima esigenza o consiglio. Per il resto, la bellezza del luogo, la tranquillità e la cortesia delle persone del posto hanno completato gli ingredienti di una splendida vacanza. Assolutamente consigliato

Bella e pulita

Le casette sono un posto magico dove passare le vacanze. Sono a due passi dal mare e al tramonto si può apprezzare uno spettacolo mozzafiato. Vado spesso lì, anche solo per godermi pochi giorni di relax. Sono adatte sia per famiglie ché per grandi comitive. Il mare è pulito e c'è una grandissima attenzione per i dettagli, dalla pulizia del prato alle stoviglie dentro la cucina. Straconsigliato!!

Quello che ci voleva

La cordialità della conduzione familiare della struttura ha reso il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole: proprio quello che ci voleva dopo un anno molto impegnativo. Torneremo sicuramente, Consigliatissimo anche per famiglie con bambini piccoli
