Located in Capo Vaticano, directly on Calabria's Tyrrhenian Coast, the villa is just 9 km from Tropea, which is a renowned tourist destination.

The distance to the sea is approximately 500 meters. The closest beaches are Santa Maria and Grotticelle, which are the most famous beaches on the so-called Coast of the Gods.

The building, surrounded by olive trees, consists of six confortable apartments, three units on two floors.

Each apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. The kitchenette is equipped with pots, cutlery, crockery, fridge and oven, and in the inside of apartment there are a flat led tv and a safe.

Great for couples, families and groups, as each unit can accommodate up to seven persons.

Each ground floor apartments have a comfortable outdoor space with open veranda, to be used to enjoy eating and relaxing, surrounded by the green of olive grove and his the fresh shadow; those upstairs have each a spacious terrace overlooking the olive grove with the possibility to eat and relax watching the sea on the horizon.

The outside area is equipped with tables, chairs, barbecue, deckchairs as well as outdoor showers.

Other available facilities are the car parking and coin washing machine

casa spaziosa tra gli ulivi

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento, nei pressi di Capo Vaticano. L'appartamento è pulito e dotato di tutto quanto serve per cucinare. Ho gradito molto il tavolo all'esterno, in prossimità degli ulivi, dove abitualmente facevo colazione. Particolare molto positivo: l'accoglienza e la disponibilità del proprietario, che mi ha aiutato a risolvere un problema con il noleggio auto. Il tutto a in prezzo davvero conveniente. Posizione perfetta

Appartamento pulito, spazioso e vicino alle più belle spiagge della zona. Il personale che si occupa della casa è molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione ed è sempre presente per sapere se va tutto bene o se manca qualcosa.Ritorneremo di sicuro perché ci siamo trovati veramente bene anche per il grande giardino dove i bambini possono giocare senza correre il rischio che vadano in mezzo alla strada. A presto!

Mare divino!

La casa non é grande ma é ben accessoriata, pulita e ha un bel cortile recintato. La spiaggia di Santa Maria si trova a 10minuti a piedi ma la spiaggia migliore é indubbiamente Grotticelle, ha spazi di spiaggia libera e parcheggi lungo i tornanti. Il mare é davvero bellissimo come una cartolina. La casa e in posizione strategica vicino a tutto ma in una vietta poco trafficata Ma la macchina e necessaria il paesino é tutto in salita. Noi eravamo un gruppo di 11 ragazzi e abbiamo preso 2 appartamenti! Ci siamo trovati molto bene!
