Belle découverte

Le logement est situé en dehors du centre d'Alghero, à environ 30 minutes à pied de la vieille ville en longeant la grande plage et ses cafés/restaurants. La résidence est agréable, calme, avec une grande terrasse privée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la proximité de la très belle plage de Maria Pia, ses pins et sa réserve naturelle.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit einer sehr netten Gastgeberin in zentraler Lage von Alghero

Apartment befindet sich in einem großen Apartmenthaus in der Nähe vom Stadtzentrum von Alghero. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich der Strand von Alghero. Weitere schöne Strände und Ausflugziele sind leicht erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Das Apartment ist wirklich schön und super sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und kümmert sich sofort um alles. So wurde ein defektes WIFI in nur 2 Stunden ersetzt. Gerne werden wir das Apartment erneut buchen.

la casa è perfetta molto accogliente e all interno si può trovare ogni cosa necessaria anche i prodotti per lavarsi lasciati dalla gentile mariella e anche dell ottimo caffè. l appartamento rimane all interno di un residence molto silenzioso ma vicino a tutti i servizi e anche la spiaggia rimane vicina a piedi.la vacanza è stata perfetta grazie ancora a mariella per la cordialità

Wunderschöne Wohnung nahe Alghero

Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 2 km außerhalb des Stadtzentrums in einer abgeschlossenen Appartment Anlage im 2. Stock. Die Zufahrt erfolgt über ein elektrisches Tor, so dass das Auto sicher abgestellt ist. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung der Wohnung sind hervorragend. Es gibt in der Küche alles was benötigt wird sogar eine Nespresso Maschiene. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Es sind mehr als ausreichend Handtücher, Badetücher usw. bereitgestellt. 5 Minuten von der Wohnung sind Strände, ein Supermarkt, Eisdiele und Resaurants verfügbar. Zu Fuß in die Stadt benötigt man ca. 20 Minuten oder nimmt den Bus. Mit dem Auto sind im Zentrum Parkplätze teuer und außerhalb des Altstadtzentrums, so dass der Fußweg sich als die bessere Variante darstellt. Die Vermieterin Mariella hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen, Ihre schöne Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtet. Es gab überhaupt keine Probleme. Vielen Dank Mariella für die Gastfreundschaft.

Very clean, comfortable base for exploring north and west Sardinia

Mariella was exceptionally helpful and responsive to any of our questions. Apartment was exactly as we expected from the description and suited our needs with our 12 and 16 year olds and was very quiet. The balcony was great for eating on when we were too late back from the beach to go out. We hired a car and parked this in the complex. It’s just a very short walk to Lido and Maria Pia Beaches. A good walk (about 30 minutes) to the centre of Alghero, which was good for walking off diner. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who is keen to explore Sardinia and enjoy the beautiful town of Alghero.

Nous avons passé un beau séjour. L’appartement est très propre, moderne, très bien équipé. Il a répondu à tous nos besoins. Son emplacement est idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas prendre la voiture: la plage du Lido est à 2 minutes à pieds, le marché du mercredi est juste à côté, il y a un supermarché dans la rue et le port est à 15-20 minutes de marche. Merci à Mariella pour son bel accueil.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir verbrachten zu viert (mit zwei Kindern) 11 Tage in Alghero - ein sehr gelungener Urlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach klasse, 15 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt, 5 Minuten zum Badestrand, Supermarkt, Cafe, Bar und Restaurants um die Ecke - in die Altstadt spaziert man in 15 bis 20 Minuten. Ein Auto ist nicht wirklich notwendig. Die Korrespondenz mit der Gastgeberin Mariella funktionierte wunderbar. Mariella ist sehr verlässlich, antwortet schnell und zeigte sich sehr flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wir kamen erst nach 23 Uhr zum Check In, auch dies war kein Problem - im Gegenteil: wir wurden mit Pizza für die Kinder, Kuchen und Getränken in der Wohnung begrüßt - vielen Dank nochmal dafür, Mariella. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht - schön eingerichtet und sauber. Für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern hat die Wohnung eine gute Größe, das Kinderzimmer ist recht klein, dafür die Terrasse sehr großzügig. Bei schönem Wetter dient sie als zusätzlicher Raum. Das Internet ist eher schwach bzw. schnell erschöpft, ausreichend zum Nachrichten schreiben, jedoch nicht zum surfen geeignet. Es gibt auch gute Busanbindungen, die regelmäßig zu den nahe gelegenen Stränden fahren. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit - der perfekte Platz für "dolce fa niente". Danke Mariella!!

Location great for a peaceful getaway

We stayed here at the end of October, myself, my husband and teen children. You can't fault the location, 15 mins drive from the airport and gated for security with an allocated parking slot, which was really useful, although it wasn't buy in the slightest. Mariella, was really helpful in showing us all of the equipment and facilities and theres even a 'library' with local information. For the 4 of us the apartment was just right for a week, although for any longer it would have been nice to have somewhere a little bigger. The balcony overlooks the main road, but as it was out of season, it was very quiet, nice to sit out here in the mornings and evenings - with a blanket. There was a barbecue, but we didn't use it and I dint think it worked either. There was outdoor seating for 6 and a small washing line. The main room doubled as a bedroom as there was s of a bed, which we used instead of the bunk beds in the very small second bedroom. the main bedroom is lovely, clean and minimal. Lots of towels and linen to hand as well. There were also beach towels and beach chairs that we took down to Maria Pia beach which is a 5 minute walk away. The kitchen is very small, just a corner of the room - all functional, but very small so there is limited space for food storage, other than the fridge. Mariella kindly provided a cool bag which was really handy to take lunch down to the beach. As the apartment is on the second floor, its not good if you can't manage steps or have access issues, otherwise really nice and we'd stay again. Thanks Mariella for a great apartment.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit guter Lage, tolle Vermieterin

Mein Mann und ich haben 2 Wochen im Herbst in der Ferienwohnung "La Perla" verbracht, die chic eingerichtet und gemütlich ist. Unser Highlight: Das Frühstück auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf einen der vielen Berge Sardiniens. Zum Kochen ist alles vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber zentral. Zu Fuß sind es 5 Minuten zum Strand Lido, 15 Minuten zum Strand Maria Pia, 10 Minuten zum Supermarkt und 30 Minuten in das Zentrum von Alghero. Mariella ist eine nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die Fragen per WhatsApp beantwortet. Wo hat man das schon ;) Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement très propre, belle terrasse, bel espace à vivre, bonne situation géographique. Petit problème d'amperage concernant l'électricité, attention car les plombs sautent dès qu'on utilise plusieurs choses à la fois, ce n'est pas un problème de ce logement mais c'est un problème dans beaucoup de résidence. Il faut aussi prévoir un budget eau car celle ci n'est pas bonne.

Merci Richard pour avoir séjourné dans mon appartement. cet été 2017 « a été particulièrement chaud, en fait l'Italie « était l'un des pays les plus chauds du monde, sauf en Afrique, Nous avons souffert d'un manque d'eau, mais l'appartement a son propre approvisionnement en eau, Malheureusement, la pression de l'eau, et quelques heures de la journée, il ne suffit pas. Richard a toujours eu l'eau à prendre douche. en ce qui concerne les enegia électriques, et « a été expliqué que la présence 3kilowatt vous ne pouvez pas » allumer simultanément deux climatiseurs, le chauffe-eau, le sèche-cheveux.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Das App. verfügt über DZ, Kinderzimmer mit Stockbett, Küche, Bad und Balkon (größer als die Fotos zeigen) und ist mit viel Liebe bis ins Detail eingerichtet. Strandtücher, Schirm und Sandspielzeug für Kinder sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist ruhig, dennoch zentral. Es gibt keinen Meerblick, war für uns nicht weiter tragisch, sollte man nur vorab wissen. Wir haben die Wohnung zu zweit belegt, für mehr Personen könnte es etwas zu eng werden. Von der Buchung, Einweisung und Rückgabe war alles tadellos und mit viel Engagement begleitet. Wir bekamen wertvolle Tipps hinsichtlich Unternehmungen. Um weitere Strände zu besuchen und sich Alghero anzusehen, haben wir uns Fahrräder gemietet. Der nahegelegenen Strand liegt ca. 400m entfernt. Alghero ca. 1 km, weitere Strände ab 1,5km. Alle Strände haben eine Strandbar. Liegebetten können, müssen aber nicht gemietet werden. Strände waren recht voll, ist aber für Juli nichts außergewöhnliches. Wir können das App. uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Liebe Mariella vielen Dank für alles.

Clean, comfortable and convenient!

We (2 people) stayed for a week at Mariella's apartment, it was very clean and conveniently-located (around 15 mins walk to the Alghero marina). The neighbourhood is very safe and peaceful, there are a few supermarkets close by (one is just a 5-minute walk away). It was 30 deg C the week we were there, so the air conditioning came in very handy! Mariella was very friendly and reachable on Whatsapp for any questions during our stay. She lent us beach towels and even ice packs and a bag for taking drinks to the beach. I would come again and recommend this apartment to others.

Fantastique

joli appartement, très bien équipé, dans une résidence calme, située en bord de plage. le centre historique de la ville est accessible à pied, comptez 15-20 minutes de marche. la sortie de la ville, pour aller visiter les belles plages du nord, se fait très facilement en voiture. c'est donc un bon compromis pour ceux qui veulent à la fois profiter de la ville et de ses alentours.

Sono felice di scrivere una recensione positiva per la casa di Roberto e Mariella,ho trovato la casa pulitissima rispecchia esattamente le foto che avevo visto sul sito.Perfetta per una vacanza al mare, si trova a 100 metri dalla spiaggia del lido La casa e' nuovissima con arredi moderni nuovi, la biancheria era perfetta pulita e nuova, e' stata una vacanza stupenda.la cucina e' attrezzata di tutto pentole nuove, posate perfino le tovaglie.insomma che dire......tutto meraviglioso Super consigliata. Avons passé une semaine en Aout dans l'appartement de Mariella. Très bel appartement , très propre , parfaitement équipé et tout neuf. Mariella est une très charmante hôtesse qui nous a très bien accueilli avec placards et frigo pleins, gel douche , crème et shampooing dans la salle de bains..... La climatisation dans l'appartement est la bienvenue et la grande terrasse bien appréciable le soir. Mariella avait même prévu les grandes serviettes de plage et le parasol. L'appartement est très bien situé pour visiter le nord ouest de la Sardaigne, les plages de Stintino, et la jolie ville d'Alghero. Nous aurons grand plaisir à y revenir et à recommander ce logement à nos proches. Merci encore Mariella

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit vielen Extras

Die Wohnung ist genau so wie beschrieben. Es steht ein eigener Parkplatz im Innenhof zur Verfügung. Der Balkon ist wesentlich grösser als auf dem Foto ersichtlich. Der Empfang der Vermieter war sehr herzlich, sehr flexibel, zuvorkommen und stehen bei Fragen/Wünschen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Der Strand, Restaurants sind in Gehdistanz, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, weitere Restaurants, Arzt/Spital, Apotheke, Post etc sind mit dem Auto zwischen 2 und 10 Min zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Gefühl bei Einheimischen Ferien zu machen und nicht in einem von Touristen überlaufenen Ferienquartier. Diese Wohnung kann ohne Einwände weiter empfohlen werden. Attraktionen (Lunapark etc.) hat es genügend. Es fehlt an nichts. Vielen Dank liebe Maria, unser Urlaub war wunderschön.

Hübsche, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtete Whg

Die Wohnung ist neu renoviert, hat alles was benötigt wird und sogar 2 Klimaanlagen (Wohnzimmer und Eltern Schlafzimmer). Die Betten sind gut und an den Fenstern in den Schlafzimmern hat es Mückengitter-Einsätze, damit man auch bei geöffnetem Fenster schlafen kann. Die Küche lässt nichts zu Wünschen übrig (grosser Kühlschrank mit grossem Gefrierfach für die Kühlelemente der ebenfalls bereit stehenden Kühltasche). Auf dem überraschend (!) grosse Balkon hat es auch einen grossen Gas-Grill. Ein eigener Parkplatz steht im Innenhof des Gebäudes kostenlos zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr hezlich und nett, flexibel und stehen bei allfälligen Fragen und Wünschen hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Supermärkte, Arzt (Spital), Restaurants sind in wenigen Minuten 5-10 zu erreichen. Wir hatten das Gefühl bei den Einheimischen zu wohnen und nicht in einem überlaufenen Touristquarier. Alles in Allem war unser Urlaub in dieser Wohnung (2 Erwachsene + 2 Kinder) ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Diese Wohnung empfehlen wir sehr gerne weiter. Ebenfalls nicht zu vergessen sind die kleinen Willkommens-Aufmerksamkeiten von den Vermietern und die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie eine kleine Verpflegung zu Beginn und die für die Kinder bereitstehenden Sandkastenspielsachen. Einen neuen Sonnenschirm für den Strand und 2 kleine Fischernetze haben wir zur Verfügung der nächsten Gäste gerne dort gelassen. ;-) Also nochmals: Eine tolle Wohnung. Vielen Dank Mirella!
