Duplex apartment recently built in an old building; ideally located in a cosy and quiet neighborhood, only 400 meters from the historic center, with a fabulous view over the garden of Campo Mártires da Pátria.

In the first floor you'll find a suite with bathrom, a living room and a social bathroom. This living room may also be used as a bedroom - with 3 single beds or a double bed. In the second floor you'll find the main living and dinning room, a very well equiped kitchen and a great terrace - sunny, sheltered and with a great view over the Castle.

This flat – totally refurbished and carefully decorated - offers you all the facilities of a typical neighborhood (supermarket, pharmacy, cafes, garden) and proximity to excellent transport - whether urban or connection to Sintra and the beaches of Estoril and Cascais. However it’s great location in the centre, you will find peace, little traffic and easy parking.

Beautiful place

We had a lovely time, the place is gorgeous and our host was very accommodating and communication was good. The only drag was that air conditioning was not working, but we survived. Probably this will not be an issue for you, reader, because the AC units will have been fixed by the time you stay.

First thing we noticed was the nice decor. Very inviting space. Numerous paintings and drawings done by the owner and her father really made the apt. We dined on the patio every day and gazed at the castle. Convenient walking in every direction to a different neighborhood. There’s a quiet park popular w/ locals across the street. And there’s a very good Italian restaurant in the middle. The apt. had everything we needed and Pingo Doce and Continente supermarkets 5-7 min. walk. Owner has very good communication and we were able to meet and chat w/ her at checkout.

Joseph came with his twin brother, Esteban. They were very friendly and communication has always been very easy. The flat was well taken care and left very clean. We had the chance to meet and have a nice conversation for a while. I strongly recomend them as guests and would be happy to host them again.

Il s’agit d’une des collines magiques de Lisbonne ! Le Jardin Dorel la place aux canards et le parking offrent un environnement sympathique et pratique à 2 pas du centre historique ! L’appartement confortable et original apportera le dépaysement nécessaire à vos vacances ! Bénéficiant d’une terrasse la vue sur le Château et les hôtels particuliers vous séduira et sa situation loin des bruits de la ville tout en étant à proximité vous apprécierez ! Very nice 2 floor flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A good size terrasse with a wiew. Everything was clean , we had all the things we needed. The host is very sweet. Outside there is a park and coffeshoos.Not to far to walk to the mainstreet,.

Totalmente ecomendado, duplex encantador al que no le falta ningun detalle, al principio me peocupaba que estuviera lejos, pero tengo que decir que tiene una situación perfecta, a una cuesta del centro y te aporta tranquilidad cuando quieres descansar. El apartamento es perfecto, tiene dos baños, dos habitaciones y en la parte superior el salon la cocina y una teraza que te hace vivir momentos unicos. La equipación de la casa es total, en cuanto pones un pie sabes que has acertado. Repetiremos sin duda ! Gracias Rita y Gonzalo!

Lovely, calm and cosy flat with a panoramic view over Lisbon

Every time I go to Lisbon I try to stay at one of Rita's flats. This time I stayed in the larger flat, the one with 180 degrees view over Lisbon's historical centre. It is not only the central yet calm location. It is the personal touch, the attention to detail with the decor; the opportunity to cook and seat at the balcony contemplating Lisbon's castle and river. Again, everything went smoothly with the keys delivery. The fact that Rita also manages other apartments in the same well refurbished building makes me dream of a trip with a large group of foreigner friends...

La situation de cet appartement permet de visiter Lisbonne à pied ( pour les marcheurs) L'environnement est très sympathique avec un parc, un parking souterrain et une superette pour les achats quotidiens. L'accueil est chaleureux ( merci Bernardo) L'appartement est très cosy ( on se sent chez soi ) et la vue sur le château et Lisbonne un pur bonheur !

Nous avons adoré séjourner chez Rita même si nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse en raison de la fraicheur et de la pluie, hé oui pour une fois, il faisait meilleur à Paris qu'à Lisbonne en ce week-end de l'Ascension. Rita, j'espère que vous ne m'en voulez pas d'avoir mis votre plante sur la terrasse, elle a pu profiter de l'eau de pluie toute la journée de samedi. L'appartement est très calme et est très spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, Bernardo est venu à notre rencontre, son accueil a été très chaleureux. Il nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise et a pris le temps de répondre à nos questions ou correspondre via Whatsapp. Nous n'avons pas pu tout découvrir en 4 jours, alors nous reviendrons à Lisbonne c'est sûr, cette ville a beaucoup de charme, elle est addictive nous a dit quelqu'un, c'est vrai. Nous avons déjà notre pied-à-terre... chez Rita. Mais chut....on garde cette adresse pour nous. A bientôt Corinne et Lionel
