Country house in Périgord

In the countryside, our 180 m2 house (including 40 m2 of covered terrace) welcomes you all year round.

In summer, enjoy the sun in the large garden (sun loungers, table tennis, swings for children), the barbecue area in the shade of large oak trees, the terrace for meals taken outside and find inside, a freshness naturally preserved by thick walls.
The fireplace in the large living room (54 m2) will warm winter evenings. In any season, have the bar separating the kitchen and the living room, and taste the many dishes of Perigord cuisine around a large round table (12 people).
The 4 bedrooms will allow you to spend peaceful nights under a magnificent sky on a clear day, well sheltered from any urban light.
1 km: private swimming pool (12x6 m), shared with our 4 other gîtes (1 houses for 2 to 3 people and 3 chalets for 4 to 6 people), common room, playground, pétanque, volleyball, badminton.

UPSTAIRS:
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm),
1 bedroom with 6 sleeping places (1 double bed 140 cm and 4 single beds 90 cm),
1 bathroom (WC, sink, shower).

Access to the swimming pool, leisure: if you rent our house 'Croix-Haute', you have access to the private swimming pool (12x6 m) shared with our 4 other rentals. The swimming pool is located 950 m from the house.
