The APSARA villa is a 180m2 stone family house on a 1600m2 plot with all the necessary comforts for a peaceful holiday.
This villa is located at Cap Liouquet, 1700 Route de Saint Cyr 13600 La Ciotat, quiet and residential area, near Saint-Cyr-les-Lecques, Bandol, Sanary, Cassis and Marseille.
This house with personal pool is located in a private domain, with caretaker, tennis court, pétanque field and a playground for children and especially a private beach.

Due to its size, the house is also ideal for birthdays, baptisms, or business seminars ...
The large parking lot of the property can accommodate 5 cars.

The shaded garden with trees such as eucalyptus, olive trees in the middle of a colorful place of blue plumbagos, orange bignones, oleanders, reds, and whites and scents of lavender, lantanas, roses, ... All offering an exceptional view of the sea !

The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment and plenty of storage.
The back kitchen has a washer and dryer.
On the huge furnished terrace, enchanting view of the swimming pool and the sea, you can enjoy the plancha or the charcoal barbecue.

In the living room, equipped with sofa, armchairs, watch TV, listen to music or enjoy the winter of a chimney fire?

There are 4 bedrooms on the ground floor with 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC, two of the 4 bedrooms have their own bathroom, one also having a WC. Upstairs, the "VIP" room has its own bathroom and WC as well as a terrace with an exceptional view.
Bed linen and towels are optional and can be rented. Need more beds?
We will provide two baby cots and two high chairs free of charge, upon request
.
Pre-departure cleaning is not included in the price, optional and flat-rate payment, unless the house is made perfectly clean.


The minimum rental period is 3 days depending on the season.
A deposit will be requested upon arrival and returned upon departure after inventory.
On request, also benefit from the domain's babysitter or meals prepared for many people.
