Ideal location

Lovely loft conversion in old town, very accessible to local lake area and mountains for walking and cycling. Well equipped apartment- very hot in summer and great having balcony area and easy access to wonderful swimming in lake.

Hello Lesley, I'm really glad your holiday went well and you enjoyed the quality of the accommodation. I'm sorry for the heat but this period was really scorching and it is difficult to cool the day. Fortunately, it is possible to make a draft in the evening and spend a night at the level of the outside temperature. But when it is close to 25 degrees, there is not much to do except install air conditioning, but this is not in keeping with the times with global warming. See you next time I hope. Sincerely, Eric

Friendly host, great location

The apartment is convenient and comfortable for a family holiday by Lac Annecy. Situated in a quiet little village with a wonderful boulangerie and a handy little supermarket. Nice for bathing and walks. Monsieur Bernhardt is a considerate and conscientious host who responds quickly to all request and questions you may have.

Tolle Lage am See, kleiner Supermarkt und ein fantastischer Bäcker mit Eisdiele sind fußläufig fix erreichbar! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, antwortet sehr schnell und die Wohnung ist sehr praktisch, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Waschmaschine in der Wohnung, Küchenausstattung komplett, kleine Terrasse mit Seeblick. Wir kommen (hoffentlich!) wieder!

Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und liegt sehr günstig. Man ist schnell beim Bäcker oder Supermarkt, am Strand, an der Bushaltestelle und auf dem Radweg. Die Kommunikation mit Eric klappte problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der super ausgestatteten, wunderbaren Wohnung. In der großen Küche haben wir für die ganze Familie viel gekocht. In ein paar Minuten waren wir beim Kletterfelsen oder 100m weiter im See :) in der gemütlichen Wohnung haben wir uns wie zuhause gefühlt! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit

Le logement super bien équipé est situé en plein cœur du vieux village qui est magnifique. On accède à la plus belle plage du coin car ombragée avec de l’herbe, au pieds du château en 3 min à pieds. Boulangerie excellente bar branché pas trop loin… bus gratuit pour Annecy vraiment tout près… bref

Appartement atypique avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour.Très bien situé au calme et à proximité à pieds des commerces (boulangerie, supérette, papeterie, tabac, marché le vendredi soir, restaurants), du lac (plage, location de bateaux, pédalo, paddle , piste cyclable qui fait tout le tour du lac, location de vélos, etc.). Propriétaire très disponible. Nous recommandons vivement cette location dans une superbe région.

Je suis ravi que l'appartement vous ait plu et nous essayons de l'améliorer chaque année afin qu'il corresponde au mieux aux attentes de nos vacanciers. Pour ce qui est des marches et des différents niveaux, la maison date du 18ème siècle et c'est ce qui fait son charme mais il est vrai qu'elle n'est pas adaptée à des personnes à mobilité réduite et présente un risque de chute pour les très jeunes enfants. Ruhiges Haus mit schöner Aussicht

Das Haus liegt direkt am Radweg unweit vom Bäcker und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Sehr ruhig mit schöner Terrasse. Der perfekte Startpunkt für Wanderungen, Sport und Baden.

Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung, zentral gelegen: Bäckerei, Strand, Ausleihe für Wassersport, Hafen, Bushaltestelle, alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Man braucht vor Ort eigentlich kein Auto. Für uns, Familie mit 2 Kindern, perfekt.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben zwei Urlaubswochen in dieser schönen und geschmackvollen Wohnung verbracht. Hier stimmt einfach alles: Lage, Einrichtung, Ausstattung. Sehr angenehm war auch die Kommunikation mit Herrn Bernhardt, der stets ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend war. Duingt ist wunderhübsch und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Badestelle, Strandbad). Dank des kostenlosen Bussystems von Annecy könnten wir auf den Mietwagen verzichten und waren trotzdem mobil. Alles in allem der perfekte Urlaub am schönsten Ort am Lac d'Annecy - wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Urige aber schmuddlige Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat Charakter, ist aber leider in die Jahre gekommen. Es mangelt an Sauberkeit (z.B. überall Spinnweben, verdreckter Herd, verrosteter Toaster), die Sitzfläche des Sofas im Untergeschoss zerbröselt, über Jahre angesammelt Lebensmittel stehen in einem Schrank. Lt. Vermieter gab es ein Versehen und die falsche Wohnung wurde gereinigt. Da wir keine Lust hatten einen weiteren halben Tag zu verlieren und der Reinigungskraft beim Putzen zuzuschauen, wurde uns als Wiedergutmachung die Gutschrift der Reinigungsgebühren angeboten. Dies empfanden wir als nicht angemessen, aber ein weiteres Entgegenkommen seitens des Vermieters gab es nicht. Die in der Beschreibung der Wohnung genannten Fahrräder und Kanus können im Ort ausgeliehen werden, gehören aber nicht zur Wohnung. Somit ist die Beschreibung irreführend. Insgesamt war die Kommunikation mit Eric in Ordnung und er war bemüht zu helfen inkl. Einbindung eines deutschsprachigen Bekannten, war dann aber im Endeffekt ganz Geschäftsmann, der sein Geld behalten will und außer mit netten Floskeln nicht bereit ist die aus unser Sicht berechtigten Einwände auch finanziell anzuerkennen. Für eine Wohnung in dieser Preisklasse hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Hallo Michael, die Wohnung befindet sich in der Tat in einem Gebäude aus dem 18. Jahrhundert mit all seinem Charme und seinen kleinen Mängeln. Bisherige Urlauber haben mir noch nie Kommentare dieser Art zum Zustand der Wohnung gegeben. Das Sofa, von dem Sie sprechen, steht streng genommen nicht in der in der Anzeige beschriebenen Unterkunft, sondern in einem Nebenraum, der als Waschküche dient und bei Urlaubern sehr beliebt ist, um Koffer, Einkäufe oder andere sperrige Gegenstände zu verstauen. Ich gebe jedoch zu, dass es ein Problem mit dem Reinigungsservice gab. Ich erkannte ihn sofort und bot sofort an, jemanden zurückzubringen, um diesen unglücklichen Vorfall zu beheben, der noch nie zuvor passiert war. Sie haben dieses Angebot abgelehnt und mir eine sehr zweideutige Nachricht über meine Möglichkeit gesendet, Ihren Kommentar im Internet zu beeinflussen, wenn ich mich erheblich um den Preis bemühe. Es ist wahr, dass ich nicht erpressbar bin, zumal Ihr Vorschlag die Qualität Ihres Aufenthalts in keiner Weise verbessert hat, was meine einzige Sorge ist. Wie ich sehe, haben Sie Ihre Drohungen wahr gemacht. Es ist Ihr Recht, auch wenn ich Ihre Kommentare überhaupt nicht bestätige. Internetnutzer werden die Synthese mit den fünfzig anderen Meinungen machen.
