"IL POGGIO DEGLI ULIVI is nestled among the green hills located in the south east of Umbria between beautiful towns such as Amelia, Todi, Narni, Orvieto. Surrounded by a garden of olive trees and flowers. The rooms are furnished according to the classic peasant taste typical of the region and each room of the tourist complex is equipped with kitchen, air conditioning (5 euros extra per night) heating, flat screen TV, fridge, toilet. Guests will have access to the parking area, the games room, the swimming pool, the large garden. In addition, every weekend we organize for those wishing to participate in outdoor activities typical of our land, such as horseback riding or tours in local farms.
The Villa is composed of n. 4 independent rooms of about 38 sq m (with kitchen) + n. 1 independent room of 20sqm + n. 1 Hall / Tavern of approx. Sqm with kitchenette and bathroom + Hobby Room with Billiards + Ping Pong + Table football + Swimming pool with 5x10 scale located in the countryside - ideal geographical context - very quiet - Completely renovated - also possibility of daily stay - discounted rates in length of stay.
All rooms are INDEPENDENT, (you can also rent 1 room for 2/3 people).
