We can't say enough good things about this property!
With friends celebrating a 70th birthday, we rented this beautiful villa in L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue for a week in early September. We had stayed 12 years prior at a larger property close by, so knew the area well and were keen to return. We can't say enough good things about this property and the wonderful service from Andre, the Belgium-based owner. The villa is as fabulous as shown in the listing photos, with a beautiful heated pool and the best outdoor lighting that we have ever experienced. The kitchen is fully equipped, there are bicycles to use (great Carpentras canal towpath very close to the property), and the bedding is upscale. We enjoyed using the coal barbecue. There are two covered outdoor areas for dining, and another alcove by the pool to escape the midday sun. The property is situated on a dead end road, so there is little traffic. The only issue that we had was that one of the Wifi repeaters was defective. We advised the owner to install mesh wifi to improve the range. The owner was most generous with his time, answering immediately our requests for restaurant and winery visit suggestions, even adding to the list later as he discovered a new gem. We enjoyed having lunch in restaurants and relaxing by the pool in the evening. We love the area around L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. The countryside is beautiful, there are great local markets to buy produce and textiles, and the Provencal wines at 7 euros are delicious.

Beautiful home and lovely host!
The house and property were amazing! Exactly as advertised. Andre was a fantastic host. House well appointed and the biggest question was which table outside do we have our morning coffee on? :) close to “town” and a couple blocks from the canal trails which are wonderful for morning walks or runs.
