"FISHERMAN'S HOUSE" ideal for 5/6 people maximum entirely renovated, offering all the comfort desired in a neat decoration. Located in the heart of the village of Wissant 50m from the center and 200m from the beach. Exceptional location you do everything on foot from the house.
Ground floor: sitting area with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.), open dining room, bathroom (wc + shower), garage for storing all your bikes, kite surfing or windsurfing boards.
1st floor: Landing with desk and 3 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds, and one with 2 bunk beds). A 2nd bathroom with bath upstairs with WC and washer-dryer.
Within 100m: several restaurants, mini-market, bakery, butcher, fresh fish from the fisherman, doctors and pharmacy. Hiking trails, mountain biking, horse riding center, along the coast and towards the interior of the region. Paradise for sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, sand yachting. Tennis (300m), golf (10Km), minigolf, pétanque, walking or simply lazing around. Wissant is this charming picturesque village nestled in the center of the "Listed Site of the 2 Caps" between sky and sea, facing the white cliffs of the English Coast. Its vast sandy beach, sheltered in a 12 km bay, between "Cap Blanc Nez" and "Cap Gris Nez". 15Km from Calais: museums, port, town and "Site du tunnel Transmanche", shopping and leisure center. Wissant ist ein netter kleiner Ort und hat einen superschönen Strand in einer tollen landschaftlichen Umgebung. Das Fischerhaus ist authentisch, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemĂŒtlich. Es liegt sehr zentral und es ist trotzdem ruhig. Wir waren nach der Buchung zunĂ€chst etwas irritiert, dass BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher nicht gestellt werden. Der Punkt ließ sich letztendlich gegen einen angemessenen Aufpreis mit der sehr netten Gastgeberin aber gut regeln. Die Betten sind nicht ĂŒbermĂ€ĂŸig groß, was aber auch in dem Mietvertrag mit den betreffenden Maßen beschrieben war. Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und hatten eine richtig schöne Woche in Wissant.

Insgesamt weiterzuempfehlen. VEin paar Abstriche gibt es in puncto Unterkunft, weil es im unteren Badezimmer schon extrem nach Schimmel roch und Geschirr und Besteck teilweise verschmutzt gewesen sind. WĂ€sche zu waschen gestaltet sich ebenfalls schwierig, da in der Garage nur ein paar spĂ€rliche WĂ€scheleinen sind, die unter geringfĂŒgiger Belastung schon zusammenbrechen.Abgesehen davon ist die Unterkunft aber top.Vor allem die Lage ist super, da es von dort nur wenige Schritte bis zum Ortskern und nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand sind.Der Ort selbst ist touristisch erschlossen, aber nicht ĂŒberlaufen. Es finden regelmĂ€ĂŸig Events und MĂ€rkte statt.Insgesamt sind sowohl Haus als auch Ort weiterzuempfehlen.

Superbe vacances en famille dans cette charmante petite maison de pĂȘcheur. À deux pas de la plage et du centre, un moment de dĂ©tente en famille. Dommage qu’il manquait un sĂšche cheveux et un peu plus d’occultation dans les chambres. Mais tout Ă©tait fait pour y ĂȘtre bien.

Merveilleux séjour dans une belle maison entourée d'un cadre ressourçant

Nous avons passé un excellent long weekend début mai dans cet havre de paix. La maison est idéalement située au coeur du village de Wissant permettant un accÚs aisé à la plage et aux autres activités du village. Les enfants étaient ravis d'avoir autant d'options pour s'amuser, que ce soit la natation, le surf, le bodyboard, le vélo et bien sur les trÚs longues promenades le long de la plage. Les balades et les découvertes des environs resteront des souvenirs inoubliables pour nous. La maison est bien agencée - 2 salles de bains, un luxe quand l'on rentre de la plage; 2 toilettes et 3 chambres agréables. Le salon bénéficie d'un feu ouvert que nous n'avons pas utilisé compte tenu de la saison. Le garage était par ailleurs trÚs pratique car nous avions emmené un paddle, bodyboards et combinaisons. La propreté était impeccable. Nous garderons un souvenir spécial de notre séjour à Wissant dans cette belle maison.

TrÚs agréable séjour et logement bien équipé. Endroit trÚs calme malgré la proximité du centre et des commerces. Petit bémol (pour les enfants): le décodeur TV ne fonctionnait pas. Un petit rafraßchissement est également à prévoir pour rester en phase avec l'annonce. Pour le reste, le soleil étant de la partie, c'était parfait.

Vacances en famille dans une maison Ă  l'annonce trompeuse.

"Refaite à neuf" en titre, cela mériterai de préciser l'année. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la personne qui fait le "ménage". Etat des lieux inexistant, vaisselle trés sale, ainsi que le four. Les aléses de lit mériteraient un bon lavage! La salle de bain du bas est trés trÚs humide, la VMC est bouchée de tellement de saletées....il y est impossible de prendre 1 douche la porte fermée. Aucun rideau correct dans les chambres qui permettrait d'occulter un minimum la lumiÚre. Aucun contact avec les propriétaires si ce n'est un mail "copié-collé" Les 50e de ménage payés en liquide sont bien surestimé au vu de l'état de propreté de la maison.

Historisches HĂ€uschen zum WohlfĂŒhlen fĂŒr drei Generationen

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig im Dorf, in unmittelbarer NĂ€he zum Markt. Zum Strand geht man wenige Minuten, Restaurants und der Lebensmittelladen befinden sich ebenfalls in der NĂ€he. Das Haus hat eine gute Aufteilung fĂŒr einen Familienurlaub (Eltern, kleine Kinder und Großeltern) und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und wĂŒrden gern noch einmal wiederkommen.

La maison est conforme Ă  l’annonce. L’accueil par CĂ©line est parfaite!Elle n’hĂ©site pas Ă  se dĂ©placer si vous avez un problĂšme.Elle a pris du temps pour venir voir le soucis de tĂ©lĂ©vision que nous avons eu. La propriĂ©taire devrait vraiment changer cet appareil ainsi que la prise peritel car le mauvais contact fait que vous devez sans arrĂȘt ,aller bouger la prise!

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Das kleine HĂ€uschen ist sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und gut gelegen, in kĂŒrzester Zeit ist man zu Fuß am Meer oder im sehr netten Örtchen mit CafĂ©s, Restaurants und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Die Zimmer sind freundlich eingerichtet, nur die Betten sind fĂŒr zwei Erwachsene doch sehr schmal und das Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbetten ist etwas karg. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Charmantes Haus im Zentrum von Wissant

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns schnell heimisch gefĂŒhlt. Hervorragende Lage, die es ermöglicht, alles zu Fuß zu erledigen. Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, obwohl wir kaum französisch sprechen.

Wie Zuhause

Ein fröhliches Haus mit allem was man braucht im Urlaub. Madame Celine war sofort zu Stelle und hat uns das Haus gezeigt und erklĂ€rt. Das Fehlen eines kleinen Balkons oder Garten konnte man durch das öffnen der Fenster im Wohnbereich kompensieren. Die Sonne scheint bis in den Abend herein und man sitzt gemĂŒtlich am Fenster. Die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Franzosen bleiben auch gerne mal stehen fĂŒr ein kleines GesprĂ€ch. Wenn man etwas optimieren möchte dann bitte den Teppich im zweiten Schlaf- und Kinderzimmer entfernen 😃 ansonsten kommen wir gerne wieder .

Unsaubere Wohnung.

Wohnung roch nach Kellermuff. Die Toilette unten sehr schmutzig. Schimmel an Wand und in der Dusche. Beides wurde von uns nicht verwendet. Allgemeinzustand war sehr unsauber. Betten sehr unbequem und viel zu klein. Treppe mit viel zu schmalen Stufen (Sturzgefahr). TV nur französisch. Keine VerstĂ€ndigung möglich, da nur Landessprache. Bei lĂ€ngerer Buchung wĂ€ren wir eher abgereist. Fazit: Der Ort sehr urig, Landschaftlich sehr, sehr schön. Die Unterkunft katastrophal und fĂŒr diesen Zustand viel zu teuer. Sehr Schade

Maison trÚs agréable

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour à Wissant, la maison est propre, pratique et bien aménagée pour la vie en famille. Elle est idéalement située en plein centre mais au calme. Nous avons été trÚs bien accueilli et nous reviendrons sans hésitation !
