Eine sparsame Ausstattung, die verbesserungswürdig ist. Kein Herd, keine Mikrowelle, kein Toaster, zu wenig an Besteck, Geschirr und sonstigen Haushaltsgeräten. Schlechte. Knatschende Betten, Matratzen ok. Ansonsten sehr freund., hilfsbereite Verwalter, ruhige Anlage, toller Pool und Hofladen

Sehr gepflegte schöne Anlage

Sehr schöne, großzügige und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Reihenhäuser. Auch die Außenanlagen sind top gepflegt und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hofladen ist einfach top! Für unsere Kinder waren die Tiere eines der Highlights des Urlaubs, sowie der Pool und die tollen Strände in der Umgebung. Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung, für jeden etwas dabei 🙂 Wir haben 2 schöne, sehr abwechslungsreiche Wochen in Vada verbracht.

Urlaub

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Gastgeber sehr nett. Alles auch sehr kinder- und familienfreundlich. Der eigene kleine Hofladen lädt zum Kauf von eigenem Olivenöl, Obst oder Gemüse ein. Gezahlt wird am Ende des Urlaubs. Der Bäcker kommt morgens ins Objekt und gleich nach dem Frühstück ab in den Pool oder ans Meer oder durch die wunderschöne Toskana. Wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt vollends genießen.

Strand, Leben auf dem Land und Kultur

Symphatischer Ort, kurze Wege zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber auch zu den kulturell interessanten Städten. Ein Pluspunkt ist das Hoflädeli. Es inspieriert immer zum Kochen. Das Angebot ist klein aber fein. Angenehm, der Bäcker bringt morgens Brötchen. Die Gastgeber sind aufmerksam und symphatisch. Absolut zum Weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Anlage! Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr nette Vermieter, saubere Wohnung, sehr gepflegter Pool. Morgens Brötchen Service und kleiner Hofladen. Im Sommer eher was für Familien, viele Kinder, nichts für Ruhe suchende. Auch für Hunde toll, soweit verträglich mit dem Hofhund und Katzen. Zum Strand mit dem Auto ca 7 Minuten und zur Stadt auch. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 5 Minuten. Das einzige was fehlt sind mehr Sonnenschirme und bessere Stühle auf der Terrasse. Ansonsten alles top!

Schöne Anlage, zweckmäßige Einrichtung, angenehme Vermieter

Obwohl wir eine Wohnung mit 2 Schlafräumen, die lt. Inserat noch frei war, gebucht hatten, wurde uns leider nur eine Wohnung mit 1 Schlafraum bestätigt, was für uns etwas ärgerlich war. Da die Zimmer aber groß sind, haben wir uns gut arrangiert. Allerdings war das Schlafsofa nicht sehr bequem und sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten war die Wohnung sauber und zweckmäßig. Am Wochenende ist die nahe gelegene Straße nachts rechts laut. Die Vermieter sind sehr angenehm. Schön ist der Pool und der kleine Hofladen mit Gemüse, Kartoffeln und Olivenöl. Das nahe gelegene Vada ist ein hübscher kleiner Ferienort mit Strand. Man kann aber auch problemlos mehrere andere schöne Strände erreichen. Der Standort ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Volterra, St Gimignano, Siena und Luca, um nur einige zu nennen. Wir empfehlen die Anlage gerne weiter.

splendida vacanza

L'appartamento è molto bello, silenzioso e pulito, con stanze ampie, giardino e porticato. È inoltre inserito in uno splendido contesto, in mezzo alla campagna a pochi km dal paese di Vada e dalla spiaggia. Ottimo per chi ha bimbi piccoli, anche per gli spazi comuni. La presenza della piscina è una buona alternativa quando non si vuole andare al mare, consente ritmi rilassati. I proprietari, Maite e Piero, sono sempre molto disponibili e discreti. Vi è la possibilità di comprare i loro prodotti (ortaggi, vino, olio, frutta ecc.) e ogni mattina, alle 9.30, passa il furgoncino del panettiere a vendere pane e brioches. Abbiamo trascorso una splendida vacanza!

Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima vacanza. Gli appartamenti sono spaziosi, puliti e freschi. Il contesto è molto bello, piscina e giardino curatissimi. Ampi spazi comuni, ideale per vacanze con bambini che possono giocare liberamente senza pericoli. Ottimi i prodotti dell'azienda agricola venduti direttamente nello spaccio. Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Posizione ideale per visitare incantevoli posti della Toscana. Lo consiglierei sicuramente !

"Ahhhhhhhhhh la douceur de l''Italie. Deuxième séjour pour nous. Farniente et soleil au rendez-vous lors de notre passage à Vada. Accueil chaleureux par Maité qui se débrouille très bien en Français. Le cadre très joli, et dès notre arrivée un saut dans la piscine. L''endroit est très bien tenu, propre et bien agencé. Aussi bien intérieur que extérieur.La propriété est vraiment jolie, et les propriétaires (Maité et Pietro) sont disponibles au besoin, et vraiment très sympa et accessibles. Une envie de revenir, c''est sûr... Convient parfaitement aux familles avec enfants, ou aux amoureux..."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce bel agritourisme toscan, très bien entretenu, avec une grande piscine entourée d''oliviers et de lauriers roses. Maïté nous a réservé un très bon accueil et propose à la vente ses délicieux produits, notamment l''huile d''olive. L''appartement en lui-même est spacieux, très propre, avec un petit jardin privatif et une terrasse très agréable pour prendre ses repas. les chambres sont bien fraîches et la literie est excellente mais un peu bruyante si vous avez comme nous un bébé de 4 mois comme voisin qui pleurait parfois un peu tard le soir ! mais rien de grave. La cuisine est sommairement équipée (pas de four, pas de micro-onde, pas de lave-vaisselle, pas de grille-pain mais Maïté nous a très gentiment prêté le sien pour le séjour)en revanche, petit plus appréciable, le parking à voiture bien protégé du soleil... De plus sa situation à quelques km des plages de Vada et proches de tous les hauts lieux touristiques toscans fait de cet agritourisme un point de chute idéal pour mixer vacances "culture" et vacances "baignades". Bref, nous vous le recommandons vivement."

Le site est très agréable, très fleuri avec une belle piscine.C'est très bien situé pour rayonner en Toscane.Les propriétaires sont charmants et Maité parle très bien le français.
