Appartamento spazioso funzionale e curato nei minimi particolari.Posizione ottima ,vicinissima al mare e strategica per raggiungere le varie località (Monte Conero, Loreto, Ancona, Recanati, Castelfidardo ecc...).Comodo posto auto privato. Proprietari alla mano e molto disponibili. Consigliato!

appartamento pulitissimo e in ottima posizione. arredato con molto gusto (le foto non gli rendono giustizia, è molto più carino) e nessun centimetro di spazio è sprecato. purtroppo, essendo sotto un tetto-terrazza, è piuttosto caldo dunque bisogna dormire a finestre aperte... ma l'affaccio è su una strada rumorosa. il problema sarebbe risolto installando un climatizzatore (l'impianto è già predisposto) mentre i doppi vetri già presenti minimizzerebbero il rumore.

"Nella descrizione dell''appartamento non sono indicate le due terrazze; noi l''abbiamo occupato alla fine di settembre e penso che in periodi più caldi sia bello poter cenare su quella più grande che comprende la camera matrimoniale ed il soggiorno. Comodissimo il posto auto privato e la lavatrice. Completo di tutto, ideale l''ubicazione per visitare tutta la zona circostante, da Ancona a Civitanova e l''entroterra fino a Macerata e, ovviamenete, il parco del Monte Conero.Il centro di Numana è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata sul lungomare con ristotantini vari. Cortesi i proprietari. Assolutamente da consigliare.P.S. L''appartamento è molto più carino rispetto a quanto di vede nelle foto."

"Casa internamente molto ...

"Casa internamente molto curata, squisitamente arredata, pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario (ci sono perfino lavatrice e ferro da stiro!); mancava soltanto un asciugacapelli. I due spaziosi balconi sono ottimi per chi ama andare in vacanza con gli amici a quattro zampe. Spiaggia pubblica a 50 metri dall''abitazione, come indicato. Proprietari disponibili e gentili. Gli unici "nei" sono che l''abitazione è parecchio calda e purtroppo si affaccia su una strada piuttosto trafficata e, nel weekend, molto rumorosa anche di notte: bisogna quindi scegliere se soffrire il caldo o sopportare i rumori esterni! NB: ai prezzi indicati vanno aggiunte le spese di pulizia finale."

"Contesto molto piacevole funzionale, arredata con gusto e ben dotata, periodo ottimo anche per la poca affluenza di persone, unico piccolo neo la strada limitrofa un po''rumorosa. Comunque una bella vacanza in un contesto suggestivo. Ci ritorneremo!"
