We enjoyed our time at this condo. It was clean and very attractive. Our stay was during the off-season so we enjoyed the quiet privacy. The pool area was lovely and we were able to enjoy it with our grandchildren.

The condo itself was excellent — spotless, well-maintained, and very quiet. We had zero complaints about the unit.While the pools were clean and well-kept, it’s worth noting that the main amenities (including the pools and clubhouse) are not directly adjacent to the condo. Also, the on-site restaurant and coffee shop were closed for the duration of our stay, which was a bit disappointing.The location is still convenient, with Publix just a short drive away. Highly recommend renting bikes to explore the beautiful natural surroundings!

AMAZING PLACE

The Condo was impeccable, comfortable and overall we felt as if we were home. The view from the balcony was breathtaking and made it so much easier to relax. The entire community is well cared for. Super quiet and tranquil. Bonus was we were able to take our furry friend with no issues. We definitely recommend this place and we are considering a future booking/stay.

The property was located in such a beautiful place all surrounded by water. Our side was the Lakeview but there was also on the other side the waterfront. A kids club with great things for them to do and a pool table. The property was clean the the trips company was very helpful

Property is a nice resort close to the club house easy walk and ocean easy access it’s a lake view not ocean. Property needs updated, refreshed carpet in bedrooms are dirty and rugs are as well . Bathroom showers some mold alittle, dryer sucks and toaster. Nice patio furniture needs cleaned really bad table and chairs dirty. Linens did not feel clean had a smell to them not clean smell. Would stay again with some clean up area of palm coast is really pretty and clean not anything to do there u have to go to st.Augustine or Daytona 30 min drive not bad though.

Resort condo area is great. The beach is right out the door and pool area is nice. I would recommend staying here just not at this condo. Upon first arriving the place looked decent, but The back porch was not clean the table was dirty and it needed to be vacuumed/swept. There was no windex or cleaning spray in condo so we had to buy some to clean. Shower curtain was moldy. Faux plants super dusty and gross. The condo would be great with some simply updates. Master bathroom shower door flooded bathroom after every shower. Second bathroom’s tub had a huge rust stain and was uneven. Both shower heads need replacement. Sheets are old and pilly. Queen bedrooms bed was awful. Bed post was not properly connected to bed and would squeak and make noise all night. Bed was old and lumpy. Pots and pans are old and need replacement. We had to buy a fry pan at Publix so we could make eggs, bacon, taco meat. Dishwasher racks need replacement. Posts are rusted and falling apart.

I felt it needs to be made clearer the pools are a short distance from the condo. The washer only operates on small and medium loads. The cupboards need organized. The dishwasher needs inside racks replaced. The front bathroom commode sticks when flushed.

wrong code to property

Unfortunately after a long day of travel and getting to the condo late, our code to the door did not work. Took about 20 minutes to find the number to call and get another code. Space was clean but had VERY little in supplies, ie: toilet paper dish soap etc.

Beautiful quiet neighborhood

The condo was great! The entire complex was wonderful. Very clean and quiet. There is a Publix 5 minutes away. It’s 15 minutes to some cool restaurants in Flagler beach and about 35 minutes to St. Augustine. Cons- beware of the natural reef along the beach line. We all cut our feet multiple times. The garbage disposal in our condo did not work. Also, it would have been helpful to have a map of the facilities posted on the fridge or in plain site. We didn’t find it in a drawer until like day 3. We had to inquire how to get to the pools, where to take trash, etc.

Property was beautiful, condo was in good shape....no surprises. Only hiccup was getting into the gate (guard didn’t have our info), then getting into the condo (code wasn’t clear). Got both minor issues worked out and very much enjoyed the stay!
