Our apartment is located right across from the sea. It’s a bright, clean, and very spacious place with a total of 65 metres of interior space and, best of all, a magnificent 40-meter private garden terrace outside, an ideal spot for children to play, as well as for adults to enjoy relaxed meals in the shade, accompanied by the sound of the sea and the scent of jasmine.
It consists of a very spacious and sunny living-dining room with a TV and stereo, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra bed if needed, a full bathroom with a bathtub and bidet, and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, washing machine, etc.).

Our favourite spot is the terrace and garden—the combination of an apartment with a garden right on the waterfront is unique, especially if you have children. We’ve even installed artificial turf so you can enjoy it even more—sunbathe or set the table and eat right there. From the terrace, we can sit every morning to watch the sunrise and listen to the relaxing sound of the waves.

The building features a pool, a communal garden, and private parking, as well as a concierge who handles maintenance and a trusted staff member.

The best thing is the apartment’s prime beachfront location—a very quiet area with no nightclubs or live-music bars, but offering a wide and varied selection of typical Catalan and Spanish cuisine, as well as restaurants serving international dishes.
