Erholsamer Urlaub in idyllisch gelegenem Landhaus

Das Landhaus ist mitten in der schönen Natur am Rande von Orosei. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und die grosse gedeckte Terrase bietet einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Orangen, Olivenbäume und das Umland. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen dort. Vielen Dank Grazia 😊

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Die große Wohnung bzw. das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt sehr ruhig und idyllisch im Grünen. Das Meer lässt sich gut zu Fuß erreichen, ist dort sehr sauber. Und der kilometerlange Strand war Anfang Juni oft fast menschenleer. In der Umgebung kann man schöne Wanderungen machen. Die Vermieter, Grazia und Gabriele, waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank an sie.

Ein super Urlaub!!!

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Sardinien und es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Grundlage dafür war das schöne Haus von Grazia und Gabriele, dass für uns als Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern ideal war. Abseits vom Ort konnten wir tun und lassen was wir wollten und waren jedoch mit Auto schnell an alle wichtigen Stellen. Ob Eisdiele, Strand oder Einkaufen. Es war alles da. Grazia und Gabriele waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit und ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass wir nicht zum letzten Mal dort gewesen sein werden.

Grand logement un peu décevant....

Points positifs: Logement vaste doté d'une grand terrasse, dans un coin très calme à l'écart du centre d'Orosei, avec emplacement abrité pour la voiture. Accueil sympathique par la propriétaire avec des petits gâteaux locaux. Nous sommes invités aussi à profiter des figues du jardin. Lave linge bien pratique. Points négatifs: Tarif (130 euros la nuit) fin août un peu excessif compte tenu du niveau de confort. Nous avons payé le même prix dans un 5 étoiles des iles de la Madeleine 8 jours plus tard, avec piscine, spa et petit déjeuner compris. Contrairement au texte de l'annonce, le linge de maison n'est absolument pas fourni. Un drap et un drap housse nous ont été facturés 30 euros. Il y a effectivement la climatisation dans les deux chambres mais elle est programmée pour se couper la nuit entre minuit et 5h du matin...Mauvaise surprise... Prévoyez également des produits antimoustiques efficaces, le coin est très prisé de ces bestioles voraces! Et quand la clim se coupe la nuit, elles en profitent pour retrouver de la vigueur! Un petit micro onde serait bien utile...

Świetne miejsce, rewelacyjny taras, duża

Polecam miejsce na spokojny pobyt dla dużej rodziny. okolica jest cicha, wokół pola uprawne i sady. 15 min pieszo do plaży i miasta. W okolicy piekne plaże Sardyni (potrzebne auto). Grazia bardzo pomocna i sympatyczna. Przywitała nas likalnymi specjałami i winem. 2 sypialnie obszerne i czyste. duża jadalnia osłonięta od słońca pełniła funcję salonu z widokiem na oleandry.

Das Haus liegt fußläufig ...

Das Haus liegt fußläufig zwischen Strand und Dorf. Die Terasse und der Blick auf die Umgebung ist das Highlight des Hauses. Wir haben uns in den großzügigen und sauberen Räumen rundum wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist für uns das etwas dürftige Equipment in der Küche.Trotzdem jederzeit und gerne wieder!

"Very beautiful house in a hudge, nice garden, very quiet area. In walking distance to the beach and the village of Orosei. Beautiful view on the nature. The house is well equiped, the owner very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time there! I recommend this to people with children or also people who like the nature and silence, although the village and the beach is really closeby."

"Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita al nostro arrivo. Casa in posizione tranquilla immersa nel verde , bellissima veranda in cui si finisce per passare molte ore , sempre fresca e ventilata. Proprietari molto disponibili. Sicuramente necessaria la macchina sia per raggiungere il paese che per il mare , stupendo , nelle vicinanze. "

"Abbiamo trovato la casa in ordine e decisamente pulita, assente da disturbi sonori in quanto è immersa nella campagna che sta tra il mare ed il paese di Orosei e quindi lontana da qualsiasi rumore, con una bella terrazza con vista su un agrumetto. Se proprio vogliamo muovere una critica ci dobbiamo riferire al fatto che non ci siamo potuti riscaldare in un periodo piovoso in quanto nella stufa elettrica fornitaci mancava l'adattatore per la presa italiana, il camino non era possibile usarlo avendo trovato delle sedie a sbarramento."
