Wonderful spot

Stayed here with my girlfriend for a week. The location was very easy to get to from the airport though you want to make sure you have directions prior to arrival. The bungalow was clean and had everything we needed. We loved being in Le Francois and found it to be a perfect central location from which to explore all of Martinique. I highly recommend staying here while you are in Martinique.

Cet hébergement n'est pas conforme à la description faire sur le site (machine à laver ? Sèche cheveux ?) Le garde manger est un vieux frigo qui ne fonctionne plus (salé et odeurs) La terrasse qui représente 50% du logement est pratiquement complétement à la pluie, même si elle est couverte. Quand on prend une douche, toute la salle de bain est inondée parce que l'évacuation de l'eau n'est pas correctement faite ou ne s'écoule pas suffisamment vite. Le ventilateur fait un bruit du tonnerre et ne rafraîchit pas, et on nous fait comprendre qu'il ne fait pas trop l'utiliser !! Bref, grande déception

Séjour très agréable. Fort de France est située à 20 min, Le Robert à 15 min. La habitation est située dans un grand jardin avec trois autres gîtes. Il y a beaucoup des arbres et des fruits dans le jardin. L'endroit est très rural et silencieux, on entend rien que des oiseaux! Nous espérons revenir!

Retour à un mode de vie simple

Mr RAFFIN est un excellent hôte, il a su rendre mon séjour très agréable. Préparez à vivre simplement sans télévision et avec la cuisine et le salon sur la terrasse, donc en extérieur. Moi, j'ai apprécié de vivre dans ce verger pour la proximité et la dispositions des fruits. Mais qui dit nature dit insectes. Prévoir des répulsifs et des soins de la peau. Pas pratique sans voiture, car le premier abris de bus intercommunal est à 1km, le premier commerce à 1.7km et la première belle plage est à plus de 10km.

Hôte très accueillant et surtout très discret et particulièrement avenante. Le calme de la propriété permet de se reposer en toute quiétude et de profiter au petit matin du chant des coqs, des bêlements des moutons, des gazouillis de nombreux oiseaux, de la discrète ou pas visité des anolis qui ne se privent pas de déguster allègrement les mouches et autres insectes qui leur passent sous le nez et des rayons du soleil. Les moustiques se donnent à coeur joie au crépuscule mais l'insecticide offfert par la maison et la moustiquaire permettent de pallier cet inconvénient. Tout est mis en place pour passer un agréable séjour dans une propriété magnifique où les fruits pleuvent à foison et sont en libre service, mangues, Merises, goyaves, caillemites. Nous avons mm pu bénéficier d'un plant de merisier. Merci MrRaffin Mr et Mme ADON

Charmant bungalow au calme

Je viens de passer une semaine dans ce bungalow qui se trouve tout près du bourg de le François. C'est très simple mais au calme dans la campagne niché dans une très belle végétation et réveillé le matin par le chant des oiseaux; très agréable. Arrivant de nuit j'avais demandé s'il était possible d'etre accueilli à mon arrivée à l'aéroport , Monsieur Raffin propriétaire très sympa et discret m'attendais à mon arrivée et m'a guidé pour trouver la location car j'avais loué un véhicule à l'aéroport. Je vous conseille cette location pour un tarif raisonnable. Point négatif la Wi Fi ne fonctionnait pas.
