Appartement très bien situé
Appartement très bien situé au rez de chaussée, très belle vue sur le village. Départ et retour ski aux pieds, l'appartement possède une porte fenètre qui permet de déchausser sur la terrasse.
Propriétaire très sympathique. Documents et plan pour se rendre à l'appartement sans chercher.
Les equipements sont très complets, la cuisine séparée et le lave vaisselle sont un gros plus.
Au pied de l'immeuble, parking dans une voie sans issue, très peu voire pas de passage de véhicule, très interessant pour les enfants.
en conclusion que du positif!!

"Idéalement situé au pied des pistes, à proximité des lieux de rendez-vous des cours ESF (champ-giguet et sommet télécabine patinoire).nous n'avons pas utilisé la voiture de la semaine, le marché U est à 10-15 mn à pied. Appart peut-etre un peu juste au niveau des rangements et un four aurait été le bienvenu. Appart très propre, calme et vue sympa sur La Clusaz."

"c'est un logement très bien entretenu et bien situé pas très loin du centre de la station et surtout très calme .Nous pouvons chausser les skis et dévaler la pente c'est un appartement très agréable pour un famille ."
