Bonita casa en un entorno tranquilo y agradable

Casa muy bonita, acogedora, amplia y muy bien distribuida tanto los espacios interiores como exteriores. Esto hace que te sientes como en tu propia casa enseguida. Situada en un entrono tranquilo pero a la vez cerca de una pequeña tienda o una playa para poder darte un baño. Nuestra estancia en la casa la valoramos como excelente. Solo esperamos haber sido unos huéspedes al mismo nivel que la casa porque sin duda alguna repetiremos. Gracias por todo Andrea.

La casa è bellissima, il luogo isolato e tranquillo, adatto a chi piace la quiete e non teme il buio. C'è una cucina esterna con una vista mozzafiato. Le più belle spiagge di Formentera sono raggiungibili facilmente in pochi minuti. Consigliata.... I proprietari della casa vivono lì vicino, sono persone cordiali e molto discrete. Mr. Stuart, il factotum della casa, gentile e disponibile per ogni necessità.

Una estancia única y especial en su casa

Me siento muy agradecido por los días vividos en su casa. Un lugar en el que se manifiestan los sonidos del alma y los oídos de la vida se llenan de amor. Cada pequeño detalle de la casa refleja vuestro mundo interno. Grandes seres Andrea y Antonia que desde el primer momento te abren las puertas de su casa y sentirla como tuya. Recomiendo total y absolutamente vuestra casa en la que poder experimentar la propia vida. Con la intención de veros muy pronto os mando un fuerte abrazo.

Des vacances parfaites

Maison très agréable, idéalement située à 5 minutes de l'une des plus belles plages de l'île, la Cala Saona. Propriétaires et homme de main très réactifs en cas de problème d'autant qu'ils ont leur propre habitation au bout du terrain. Seule chose à envisager, changer les banquettes un peu vétustes à l'extérieur de la maison.

Un morceau de bonheur

The renewed old finca is located in a secluded yet convenient position. While the beautiful beach of Cala Sahona is 10' walk and the city of San Francesc few minutes away It is surrounded by land, fig tree, olive tree, arbutus and the tempo is given by cicadas. We enjoyed the patios and the outside kitchen with its spectacular view, the beautiful landscape with all these secular stone walls delimiting gardens and fields. The owners are available, kind and helpfull. I can not recommend the villa more, it is a Formentera must.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno

Abbiamo passato in questa casa circa una settimana in 6 persone. Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole, la casa è molto bella e molto comoda in quanto ben organizzata soprattutto all'esterno, vantaggio da considerare se si ha intenzione di viverla per cene in casa (la cucina è molto fornita e i fornelli esterni sono utilissimi!) come abbiamo fatto noi. Anche camere e bagni molto comodi e ben forniti di biancheria e altro (phon, asse da stiro ecc). Posizione ottimale: a pochi minuti dalla splendida spiaggia di cala saona ma fuori dal caos giornaliero, vicinissima in motorino/macchina a sant francesc che oltre ad essere molto carina offre un fornitissimo supermercato, le altre spiaggie tutte a distanza di max 20 minuti, es pujol raggiungibile in motorino/macchina in 15 min circa. Il proprietario è molto disponibile e cortese come anche il suo fantastico collaboratore stuart che ci ha consigliato ottimi posti per aperitivi/cene. Consigli per gli ospiti: 1. affittare una macchina/motorino 2. evitare in caso di terrore per animaletti tipo lucertole anche se assolutamente non fastidiose Consigli per il proprietario: 1. sistemare l'ultimo tratto della strada; 2. con la piscina la casa sarebbe assolutamente perfetta! "Grazie per un bellissimo...

"Grazie per un bellissimo soggiorno. Casa meravigliosa ( non manca nulla ) e contesto incantevole. Posto da favola, ritorneremo! Unico commento sulle stanze fuori (sopra tutto la piu piccola) non erano comode ne al livello di quelle nel corpo centrale. La piu piccola ( il pollaio piccolo) e troppo stretta , buia e caldissima, quasi senza aria , armadio quasi inesistente... insomma non adatta ad essere considerata come camera uguale alle altre. Era impensabile starci dentro in 2. Inoltre, consigliamo di mettere qualche luce in piu all''esterno perche tra il corpo centrale e le altre stanze regna un buio pesto e siccome e anche una zona che ha una corrente d''aria, non si poteva tenere nemmeno le candele accese. In fine , una targa col nome della casa all''ingresso sarebbe d''aiuto per chi visita e per i tassisti. "

"La casa è veramente cari...

"La casa è veramente carina, rustica, ma in linea con la vita che offre formentera per chi vuole vivere l'' isola senza la confusione dei locali del centro. E'' vicinissima a Cala Sahona bellissima spiaggia dell'' isola e il propietario è molto gentile ed abita nelle vicinanze. Unica nota (ovviamente trascurabile)è la strada molto dissestata per arrivare all'' abitazione Adatta per chi vuole stare in tranquillità in compagnia."

"La casa es preciosa y mu...

"La casa es preciosa y muy bien cuidada, de tipo rústico pero perfectamente equipada y acondicionada, situada en un entorno envidiable y perfecto para quienes vayan en busca de descanso y tranquilidad. El acceso a la playa y a la carretera se hace por un camino de tierra de algo más de 1km, se puede ir tranquilamente andando, en bici, en coche. La playa es Cala Saona, preciosa, con unas aguas cristalinas fantásticas. Una estancia perfecta."
